The 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex is ideal for 6-8 people. The first floor has a master suite with a concrete-based, built-in king-size bed with an ultra-thick mattress covered with luxurious linens. The beautiful en-suite bath has stunning Mexican floor tiles and a glass-enclosed shower. Leave the bedroom sliding glass doors open to enjoy the wonderful sea breezes, or close to keep the air conditioning inside. Either way, you are steps from the pool, with the beach and surf just beyond.
The open-air, fully equipped kitchen has a custom-designed 7-foot wood table made out of a local Parota tree. It is surrounded by built-in cushioned benches perfectly located such that you can literally touch the palm trees. Beyond the beauty, there is plenty of room for a group of 8 to comfortably dine together. The kitchen sink is built into the concrete countertop looking out to the ocean. The bartop is the ideal place to make craft cocktails, prepare snacks, and entertain guests. The kitchen has all new amenities –including a full-size fridge to keep the limes fresh, cervezas cold, and tequila chilled.
The second-floor master bedroom has a luxury custom-designed queen-size bed and built-in workstation, along with an adjacent daybed perfect for a child or an adult afternoon siesta. From this corner room, the views of the beach, ocean, mountains, and palm trees are unparalleled. Open any of the three large double-paned windows for a warm ocean breeze. Or close the windows to enjoy the silence and the air-conditioning.
The third bedroom has twin mattresses uniquely situated on a newly built, specially designed platform bed (that cleverly allows for them to be pushed together to make another king-sized bed). Both of these seond floor bedrooms share a professionally designed bathroom with an integrated cement sink and custom-tiled, open-air glass-enclosed shower, complete with ocean breezes and high-pressure rainwater shower head.
The second floor has a stunning open-air living area with a large L-shaped luxurious teak couch with spectacular ocean and beach views. It’s the ideal place to gather and share laughs, play games, have afternoon cocktails, or observe sunsets over the Pacific Ocean and adjacent mountain tops.

* 50% due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
* Deposits are refundable if home is re-rented, less a 15% fee.
