Casa Tocayo Playa is a modern, one bedroom apartment that sits right on the oceanfront. Just outside your door you'll be soaking in views of the beautiful Sayulita Bay and left surf break. Location is perfect as it is out of the noise on the north side of town but just a three minute walk to the town center.You don't need a car in Sayulita but a golf cart is convenient.
Casa Tocayo Playa sits on the ground level and can sleep two adults, two children. One large bedroom with a King size bed, small attached side room with two twin bunks. Bathroom with shower. Luxury open air kitchen with granite countertops, a built in day bed and sofa, and locally sourced tropical parota wood cabinets, and full size stove and refrigerator, dining table, sitting area and bar.
The swimming pool is right in front of the house and has a "children's" section for your kids, surrounded by lawns and lounge chairs, just steps from the beach. When you're ready to leave the pool and head to the beach, you'll be provided with beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
The housekeeper will come 5 days a week to ensure your casita is sparkling clean.

Combined with next door Casa Palmar, both of these villas make a great group vacation rental on the beachfront of Sayulita Mexico; rent both units HERE to accommodate up to 20 guests.

If the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the full rental amount will be refunded as follows:
100% if canceled 120 days prior to the Check-in Date
50% if canceled 45 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% if canceled less than 45 days prior to the Check-in Date
If cancellation is due to a travel restriction and you can not travel due to COVID or similar government travel restrictions, there will be a 5% rebooking fee or a 10% cancellation fee.
