Las Hamacas in Sayulita is a beachfront complex on the sought after north side of town. A natural flow of old worldly Mexican architecture fused with modern curves and a spacious welcoming design. Las Hamacas is a unique collection of six vibrantly colorful 3BR/3BA homes and one 1B/1B Studio Casita set within the tropical palm grove enclave of Sayulita’s north beach.

LAS HAMACAS is a beachfront complex of 6 Houses; TWO  OCEANFRONT HOMES (one on top of the other) ONE  OCEAN-VIEW HOME, TWO  PARTIAL OCEAN-VIEW HOMES AND ONE  GARDEN-VIEW HOME, as well as the One Bedroom Studio Casita can be used as an additional 4th Bedroom to any of the homes!

Serena: Serena is a beautiful new house, steps from the sand with unobstructed views of the bay in all directions, one of the six new houses which comprise the Las Hamacas complex. Serena boasts three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom.  It has a large living room, kitchen, and a large patio facing the ocean, about 65% palapa covered for shade, 35% open to sun. Serena also has an extra rooftop deck with views up and down the beach. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.

Dulcinea: Dulcinea (Sweetheart) is a beautiful new house, steps from the sand with unobstructed views of the bay, one of the six new houses which comprise the Las Hamacas complex. Dulcinea is a large house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom.  It has a large living room, kitchen, and a large patio facing the ocean, about 75% palapa covered for shade, 25% open to sun. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.

Enamorada: Enamorada is a beautiful new house with broad view over the beach and ocean, one of the six new houses which comprise the Las Hamacas complex. Enamorada is a large two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom.  It has a large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.
 

Casa Alegria: Casa Alegria is a large Sayulita two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom.  It has a large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Two bedrooms & baths are downstairs, along with a large patio off of the bedrooms. Upstairs is the third BR & bath, large kitchen, living room under a beautiful brick cupola ceiling, and large outside patio. The living room has large built-in sofas, as do the patios. The upper level bedroom has a king bed plus a twin sized window seat bed/sofa.

Pavo Real: Pavo Real (Peacock) is a beautiful new house. There is a large two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom.  It has a large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc
 

Las Garcetas: Las Garcetas is a large two-story house with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom.  It has a large living room, kitchen, and two outdoor patios facing the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished with large refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Two bedrooms & baths are downstairs, along with a large patio off of the bedrooms. Upstairs is the third BR & bath, large kitchen, living room under very tall palapa roof, and large outside patio.

The concept of Las Hamacas was first conceived by two friends (Mark England & Enrique Moeller) with the idea of capturing timeless Mexican architecture combined with a modern, rounded and spacious design typically used in Mexican Pacific Coast estates. To complete Las Hamacas unique architecture, skilled talented labor and techniques from different parts of Mexico were recruited to be able to give the property its architectural highlights. Upon completion, Las Hamacas became one of Sayulita's landmark properties influencing future local projects. Today, Las Hamacas houses are appointed with beautifully crafted stonework, polished cement floors, tropical hardwood arched windows and doors, spectacular palapas, enchanting pergolas, hand-painted tiles and our dramatic exposed brick cupolas (Mexican handcrafted vaulted ceilings). Some of our fascinating cupolas are an impressive 9m (23") long and 7m (26") high. All our homes are approx 3,600 sq. feet and are individually owned. Each showcases its own colorful Mexican arts and crafts along with individual private art collections, original hand-painted murals, traditional Mexican leather furniture and comfortable oversized “Bancas” (upholstered built in cement couches) for ultimate relaxation. Las Hamacas offers fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioned bedrooms, wifi service, large terraces. Some of our homes also have additional kitchenettes for the downstairs bedrooms. 

All houses share a wonderful common area equipped with an outdoor kitchen and living area overlooking our peaceful "oasis" pool. The pool, located in the middle of the property, is surrounded by lush landscaping and offers two bbq's for comunal use.

Relax under our big Manzanilla tree located on our private beachfront garden overlooking the ocean. As you enjoy the beach, the waves and the impressive Sayulita sunsets you can’t help feeling the magnetic attraction people refer to when describing Sayulita. A guest favorite, The Turtle Release Preservation camp, is steps away from Las Hamaca's beach, never ceasing to deliver a magical family oriented experience. Adults and children can release a turtle into the ocean while having a sunset drink at their beach bar.

Las Hamacas is located in the quiet residential North End neighborhood, close enough to walk to town (8 minutes) but far enough to not hear all the hustle and bustle from town. LAS HAMACAS offers 6 covered parkings spots.

Each Sayulita house is different, with different inside color scheme and unique touches, yet all six share the high quality craftsmanship and carpentry, along with similar features. Each is a large house (3400 - 3600 sq ft including patios) having three bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own nicely appointed bathroom. Each house has a large fully furnished kitchen, with large refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove & oven, all pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Each house is fully furnished with all linens, including both bath & beach towels.

The shared pool is good not only for play, but its length (about 50 feet) makes it good for laps as well. Enjoy the lawn chairs around the pool, and the yard & garden which meet the beach.

The complex is designed primarily for vacationing families, yet is a great location for multiple families to reside close to each other, or for groups such as wedding parties. When a group takes the entire complex, they enjoy use of the large outdoor (under a roof) kitchen and dining common area near the pool, a great place to center a party.

Daily maid service (except Sundays) is included, and each house has its own washer & dryer for your use. Hidden in a closet is a hotel-style safe (you set your own code) in which you can place your laptops, cash and other small valuables, just so you need not worry while you are out at the beach or otherwise enjoying Sayulita.

LOCATION ● Nestled at the beginning of the quiet & clean North End Neighborhood (closest to town), only a short (7 block) leveled stroll from town (no hills). Las Hamacas is close to restaurants and stores, yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town.

BEACHFRONT PROPERTY ● We are steps from the Beach. This part of Sayulita's beach is equally as convenient as Our Location. Clean, rockless, swimmable and not crowded, its close enough to walk into the Main Beach (in town) yet far away enough to have your own space. 

STAFF ● Responsive On-Site staff that can help with any issues you could encounter. Front desk Receptionist (9:30 am- 6:30 pm), Caretaker (8 am to 6 pm), Night Guard (7 pm to 7 am) and Property Manager for emergencies available always. This is not something a lot of rental houses offer but we specialize in this. Its a family run business for over 15 years.

FULLY EQUIPPED HOUSES in MINT CONDITION ● We offer bright, spacious and breathtaking 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villas with gorgeous ocean views. All our Casas are FULLY furnished and colorfully decorated with beautiful Mexican artwork. A/C in all Bedrooms and individual washer/dryers in each Casa as well as WiFi. 

STUDIO CASITA ● We also separately rent out our Studio Casita located by the entrance of our property. This is ideal for guests looking for a 4th Bedroom.

RELAXING POOL ● Our beautiful pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and is shared by all six homes.

COMMON AREA ● This area is for all our guests to enjoy. A covered space with colorful oversized bancas to lounge. As well as an outdoor Kitchen/Eating area and BBQ's.
