Master Bedroom – King-size bed, built-in couch for extra sleeping space, private garden, and en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom – Two twin beds (convertible to a king) and en-suite bathroom.
Third Bedroom – Two twin beds (convertible to a king), a built-in sofa bed, and access to the third bathroom.

Everything was great!

There were 6 of us, and we all felt very comfortable. We loved hanging out on the terrace with coffee, wine or a book. The space was perfect for us, and we felt very safe. Beds were comfortable. We thought the daily cleaning might be over the top, but it was great.
We took a fun hike to San Pancho on Tuesday and spent the day.
The ocean views were stunning.
We would suggest that you check on the water quality before swimming or surfing. There have been some recent issues as of 2/2024.
Having direct beach access was fabulous, and we would go back.

All-in-all amazing!

We loved staying in Dulcinea - not in the middle of the busy town, still near lots of great restaurants. The beach is steps away. The place is huge and beautiful. We had an absolute blast. Careful of the waves at Sayulita beach, we took surf lessons from Wild Mex and went 25 min via shuttle to a safer beach for beginners.

Everything you need

My stay with during the new year break. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s literally right in front of the beach but private. There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was very clean and it really helps to have the house staff they are most days.
We had a few issues with the leaks, which is pretty common in Mexico, but they were handled almost immediately. The rental hosts are extremely extremely responsive. I highly recommend staying at this property and also any other property they may have.

Great Place to Stay!

This home was large enough to accommodate our party of 5 while having enough space to have some alone time too! Being oceanfront was amazing, and when the waves were rolling in at night you could have them lull you to sleep.

We had elderly people in our crew so having a car or cart was necessary as they couldn't do the hike to town. We had no issues ourselves and in fact it was nice to do the walk to town to burn of some of the calories.

Alex and Sophia were AMAZING - helped with a few issues we had. Security guards on site was nice and they even helped us unload our suitcases from the car into the house.

Pool area very quiet, calm and peaceful.

Overall - great experience with MARK and Dulcinea!

Stayed for our wedding

We stayed with our siblings in October 2014 for our wedding week. It is an ideal location right on the beach, people could easily find us, and they kindly let us host our rehearsal dinner there which was amazing. Management was great at answering questions and are very kind and knowledgable.

Dulcinea is getting a little worn though. The furnishings and bathrooms are getting tired. The nice touches in other units around, like small local decor items and fresh flowers did not happen here. The lighting throughout the property at night was not good or nonexistent so it was a little sketchy to be walking the path in darkness. It was also hard to find someone on property and we ran out of water one night because it hadn't been changed out the day before, and no one was on site until after 9 am.

I would recommend renting the unit above so you don't bother people staying there while you are staying right below. Almost a perfect place in Sayulita.

Beautiful beach front house

My husband and I went to Sayulita for a wedding and stayed in Dulcinea in Las Hamacas. Bride and groom have reserved all 6 houses for family and friends so we had the entire complex to ourselves!!! Every night everyone hung on the front porch of Dulcinea, observed breathtaking sunsets and went for swims in the ocean. Perfect spot to relax! Far enough from town to avoid the noise yet within a walking distance to downtown. I'd definitely recommend it and will try to come back in the near future!!!

Amazing Vacation!

This was the best vacation I have ever had with my family. It was so great not having a TV, phones etc. The house is amazing, really large and works great for a family or families. Location can not be beat. The pool is not the best, hence we spent no time there. But with the beach right there, why would you! Sophia the manager was just great! She helped coordinate someone to cook for us, which was her Mother! Amazing!!! Great vacation and great town.

Got it all; view and ambience

We came to Sayulita for a wedding. The view was to die for, the accommodation gorgeous; the staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more accommodating, vendors came by to sell muffins etc., it was heaven and if anyone is physically challenged; all on one floor!

Excellent !!!! What a view!

Our family and friends were in Sayulita for our daughter's wedding. 67+ in total. Everything was perfect and we all had the best time. Would highly recommend Dulcinea to anyone. Being on the beach it was a meeting place for all.
