Alegria (Happiness) at Las Hamacas in Sayulita. This spacious villa is approximately. 3,700 sq. feet. From the minute you walk into Casa Alegria, this two-story Casa has a charming and cozy feeling. Two Bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, occupy the first floor of this Casa as well as a private first-floor outdoor living/kitchenette area looking out to our oasis-like pool area. Additionally, each bedroom has an extra built-in comfortable sleeping space. Walk up to the second floor and mesmerize yourself with the exposed brick cupola. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, Casa Alegria overlooks the GARDEN AND POOL AREA. This house is decorated with exquisite Mexican finishes and artwork. Enjoy the comfortable grand outdoor built-in sofas and relax on the terrace under the charming pergola. Ocean views can only be seen from the roof terrace of this Casa where you will be able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and an additional built-in sleeping couch. Casa Alegria’s fully equipped Kitchen is large enough to entertain your guests, A beautiful, joyful and peaceful Casa!
All bedrooms have A/C. If you need an extra 4th bedroom, the Casita Studio may be available.

✘ LOCATION ● Nestled at the beginning of the quiet & clean North End Neighborhood (closest to town), only a short (7 block) leveled stroll from town (no hills). Las Hamacas is close to restaurants and stores, yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town.
✘ BEACHFRONT PROPERTY ● We are steps from the Beach. This part of Sayulita's beach is equally as convenient as Our Location. Clean, rockless, swimmable and not crowded, its close enough to walk into the Main Beach (in town) yet far away enough to have your own space.
✘ STAFF ● Responsive On-Site staff that can help with any issues you could encounter. Front desk Receptionist (9:30 am- 6:30 pm), Caretaker (8 am to 6 pm), Night Guard (7 pm to 7 am) and Property Manager for emergencies available always. This is not something a lot of rental houses offer but we specialize in this. Its a family run business for over 15 years.
✘ FULLY EQUIPPED HOUSES in MINT CONDITION ● We offer bright, spacious and breathtaking 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villas with gorgeous ocean views. All our Casas are FULLY furnished and colorfully decorated with beautiful Mexican artwork. A/C in all Bedrooms and individual washer/dryers in each Casa as well as WiFi.
✘ STUDIO CASITA ● We also separately rent out our Studio Casita located by the entrance of our property. This is ideal for guests looking for a 4th Bedroom.
✘ RELAXING POOL ● Our beautiful pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and is shared by all six homes.
✘ COMMON AREA ● This area is for all our guests to enjoy. A covered space with colorful oversized bancas to lounge. As well as an outdoor Kitchen/Eating area and BBQ's.

Short walk to The town plaza - ten minute walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way. Super private and safe! Perfect for Myself and four girlfriends.
Highly recommend this place! Can't say enough!
Don't forget to follow the circular staircase located outside the kitchen. Catch late afternoon sunsets or sit after dinner and watch the night sky full of stars and shooting meteors.
Can't wait to get back...and fall asleep in those comfy beds, listening to the waves lapping onto the beach......
The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are all separated so there is lots of privacy if you share
with other people. There are lots of comfortable seating areas both inside and out. There is a roof deck if you want to check out the ocean view and the sunset. The grounds are well kept and the pool is worth getting into due to its good size. We also loved the front grassy area where we sat in lounge chairs and looked at the beach and the ocean without being on the beach. The ocean was too rough to swim in. The only drawback was the security guards chatting on their noisy walkie talkies all night long.
