Casita Ganesha at Carricitos is a tropical palapa roof home with Asian touches, ocean views, stunning sunsets, and a secluded Carricitos beach location. Situated on 2.5 acres of paradise and yet only a 15 minute walk from the Plaza, Casita Ganesha offers luxury and privacy with quick access to Sayulita.
Casita Ganesha is the guest house to our main house Casa Carricitos. Both houses are completely private from one another, both have ocean views and private decks and internet connection.
If you are looking for romance and privacy, Casita Ganesha is for you. The casita is built high off the ground and the birds fly by at eye level. You are surrounded by nature, birds, ocean and breezes.The casita is decorated with an Asian flare and is serene and comfortable. The bedroom area has 180 degree views of the ocean and jungle and a lively sitting area. There is a separate living and dining area,with a full kitchen and an open-air 3 piece bathroom. The Casita has bi-fold wood and glass windows for your comfort. Lovely ocean breezes keep the rooms cool and there are fans but no air conditioning. A private patio has ocean views and is perfect for morning coffee or a romantic dinner.
Casita Ganesha in Sayulita is a Picture Perfect Private Tropical Paradise Fantasy and a wondeful Romantic get away. You have NO neighbors above , below or beside you. Total privacy, total peace. Feel free to live and love it up. Full ocean view sunsets from your bedroom.
The estate pool is simply spectacular! In addition, the sunset views are magnificent and the sound of the ocean is always present and a great place to watch whales and birds.
We have on-site managers Poncho and Víri who will make you most comfortable. Massage is available by appointment without leaving the property and concierge services such as meals and shopping
Carricitos Beach is a three minute walk away and offers seclusion and beauty with the absence of crowds. You will be so glad not to have stayed in town and not to have people above, below and beside you. We have many people who come again, again, for the peace and solitude. We hope you completely enjoy what we have to offer!
When you want to visit town for shopping or dining, you are only a half a mile from the plaza in Sayulita. It's a 15 minute walk or we can arrange a golf cart rental.
We offer multiple acommodation options for different group sizes and budgets:
IIf you are one couple, you can rent Casita Ganesha or the Main House.
Two couples can rent the Main House or each couple can have their own house when you rent the Estate.
Groups of six to eight can rent the Estate.

Rates for Casita Ganesha are per night and in US Dollars.
High Season: $225USD/night ; Low Season: $200 USD/night
Holidays: Christmas, thanksgiving, Easter, rate is $325 a night
It can also rent with the two bedroom, two bath main house, Casa Carricitos to accommodate three couples. All bedrooms have King size beds.
We have a FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM
$50.00 cleaning fee per week
Deposit: 50% of rental amount to reserve houses; balance due no less than thirty days prior to occupancy.
Full payment is required thirty days before occupancy
Cancellation: Up to thirty days prior to occupancy deposit refunded, less a 20% service charge. .if its within 30 days of booked date and a cancellation is necessary a 20% service charge will be deducted from the the full rental price. If the house does not re-rent then the house will be considered rented by you and the full amount of the rental fee will be retained. We try to be reasonable around this basic refund policy.
We accept Zelle, personal checks, wire transfers, but not credit cards

The location is perfect if you want to be out of town a bit but still close to town and very close to Carricitos beach, which happens to be our favorite! We will stay again on our next visit to Sayulita, can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else.

I would recommend renting a golf cart though as the jungle is quite dark at night and for some the walk home could be a bit treacherous.
