Casa Carricitos in Sayulita is a romantic, private estate with specatcular ocean views, a secluded beach, located only a half mile from the Sayulita Plaza, on 2.5 acres of paradise.
Accommodations at the Main House Casa Carricitos - 2 Standalone Private Bedrooms with king beds and ensuites. A beautiful living area with kitchen, living room , and deck with outrageous views and stellar sunsets..
An additional one bedroom bungalito is available with a queen bed, bathroom for an additional $100 per night.
MAIN HOUSE: If tropical privacy, peace and romance, and/or spiritual rejuvenation is what you're looking for then Casa Carricitos can be your personal paradise. Charming as Sayulita is, it can be noisy with music and town activities. At Casa Carricitos, nature surrounds you with swaying palms, tropical birds, and butterflys. The sweeping views take in Monkey Mountain, Punta Mita penisula and the sand and waves of Carricitos Beach below.
The detached Master Bedroom has a kingsize bed and a spectacular bathroom, the building is located just off the deck. The detached bedroom is decorated with Tibetan and Burmese art and artifacts, and is breathtaking in its beauty.

Both bedrooms provide ample privacy from each other and both have air conditioning.
The standalone bungalito is located at the front of the Casa and has a queen bed, screened windows, a bathroom and is perfect for 1-2 guests. Ceiling fan.
Casa Carricitos is all about privacy and beauty. A truly romantic beautiful hand-crafted casa, located on 2.5 acres with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. From anywhere on the property you can watch spectacular sunsets 365 days a year. We can confidently say that this house has the most incredible views on this portion of the coastline. Whales and dolphins are frequently seen from both houses. There are NO neighbors upstairs, downstairs, or beside you. Total privacy, total peace.
Our photos are not shot to deceive in fact guests report the accommodations to be better than expected rather than another disappointing experience.

We lovingly call it "stare therapy" as in: sit and just stare. The landscape appears to be constantly changing; the waves, the sounds, the light, the winds in the palms.....or a five minute walk thru the jungle will take you to your own secluded beach.
Located a HALF MILE from the Plaza, Casa Carricitos is surrounded by an ECOLOGICAL PRESERVE that is part of the largest tropical forest in Mexico. The sounds you hear from the property are the sounds of Nature and waves upon the shore. The beach below the house is secluded enough to allow European style sunbathing, with descretion. When you want to visit town for shopping or dining, you are only a half a mile from the plaza in Sayulita. It's a 15 minute walk or we can arrange a golf cart rental.
This property is a bird watchers mecca, with over 70 species seen in the surrounding jungle. If surfing is your thing, you can check the swell size, direction and wind from Sayulita to Punta Mita from the deck.
As you step through the front door a sweeping view of the ocean, mountains, jungle and beaches greet your eyes. The MAIN HOUSE has been decorated with an Asian flare, Balinese ikats, Thai silks, Buddhas, Indian and Burmese artifacts and more.
Serene, temple-like and comfortable, a wrap around deck has a built in Balinese style lounging bed, great for watching sunsets and stars at night. The living room has been designed for comfort, lounging and the deck is fantastic for yoga, some couples choose to sleep there. There are wooden bifold doors and windows for indoor/outdoor living and comfort.
We have on-site managers Poncho and Víri who will make you most comfortable. Massage is available by appointment without leaving the property. Additional concierge offerings such as meals and shopping are available.
We offer multiple acommodation options for different group sizes and budgets:
If you are one couple, you can rent the entire Main House or Casita Ganesha depending on your budget
Two couples can rent the Main House. If you add the bungalito, it can accommodate 5-6 people.
Groups of six to eight can rent the Estate.

During HOLIDAYS: Christmas/New Years and Easter the MAIN HOUSE has a set price of $575.
Cleaning fee of $100 in addition to rental fee.
WE PREFER ADULTS ONLY BUT WILL CONSIDER CHILDREN IF BOTH HOUSES ARE RENTED. WE DO NOT RENT TO LARGE GROUPS, WE SLEEP SIX.
A Bungalito is available which can accommodate 1-2 guests at an additional cost of $100 per night.
We have a FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM. Pool, internet, kingsize beds, live in managers, full kitchens,
Deposit: 50% of rental amount to reserve houses; balance due no less than thirty days prior to occupancy.
Full payment is required thirty days before occupancy
Cancellation: Up to thirty days prior to occupancy deposit refunded, less a 20% service charge. . If after full payment, and within 30 days of booked date, a cancellation is necessary a 20% service charge will be deducted from the the full rental price. If the house does not re-rent then the house will be considered rented by you and the full amount of the rental fee will be retained. We try to be reasonable about refunds and this basic refund policy....

Each morning, we sat on the patio with a cup of coffee to watch the effects of the sunrise and things waking up. Each evening, we would witness the most incredible sunsets. And our last two nights we had a near full moon shining its light on the ocean.
The house had all the amenities you needed—including a water filtration system. The inside bedroom is quite comfortable with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The living room and kitchen is not but there are plenty of folding windows to open and allow the natural cooling from the ocean breezes.
There is a salt water infinity pool steps below the main house. It has beautiful scenery, and wildlife to enjoy. We have never seen this before. There were other smaller birds from time to time and then one morning we saw two green parrots. There were lounge chairs and umbrellas. This became our afternoon hideaway before going into town for dinner in the evening.
Alfonso (Poncho) and Viriana were gracious caretakers (living in a house below and always available). Poncho, who speaks wonderful English, was a wonderful concierge and very knowledgeable of the area and history of Mexico. He was also a delight with a wonderful laugh and smile. He took care of our transportation to and from the airport as well as arranging for a golf cart. Viri gives the best massage (best one I have ever had). She is very professional. Would highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful relaxing time at the Casa and have already scheduled a stay for 2025. Thank you Adele and Michael for sharing your beautiful casa in Sayulita.

The pool was a delight~ such a treat to take a dip overlooking the ocean! Each night we had some animal visitors who would come to drink at the oasis. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all that we needed to grill fresh-caught pargo and make fresh-squeezed margaritas.
The swell filled in, and my husband’s 50th birthday was even more perfect with waves every day.
Both Adele and Lisa were fantastic is getting us taken care of! We will definitely be back! 🙏🏻
