While Casa Churro in Sayulita is a new 4 bedroom, 5 bath villa, we are offering the rental as a 3 bedroom option that sleeps 6 adults (with an additional $100/night/person). Each bedroom in the villa has its own ensuite bathroom. The upper floor offers two primary bedrooms with panoramic ocean views.
The third floor offers a generous common area (kitchen, living room with two-story ceilings, heated pool with cascading waterfall, outdoor garden, pool terrace, and a pergola for outdoor dining). The second floor offers two additional bedrooms – one an additional en-suite primary bedroom, and a luxury bunkroom bedroom (will be locked for the 3 bedroom option). The street level has a game room. All bedrooms and common areas have AC for those sunny Sayulita days, Starlink WIFI, and gorgeous interior finishes all around.
The home also offers high ceilings throughout to let the sunshine in. We’ve worked hard to create a cozy, warm, and welcoming home, while also offering the little conveniences that we have grown to appreciate and expect in a luxury beach rental. Casa Churro was meticulously designed to enjoy every drop that Sayulita has to offer. This property balances stunning ocean views from every room in the house while being conveniently located two blocks up from the Northside beach. Casa Churro is an easy walk to the Northside restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is about a ten-minute walk to the heart of Sayulita’s main square and popular surfing beach on the Southside of town.
While Sayulita arguably has all you will ever need for your dream beach vacation, it can also act as a convenient homebase for day trips to San Pancho (15 minutes), Punta Mita (20 minutes) and Puerto Vallarta (40 minutes).

Our 3-bedroom rental comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults, with an additional 4th bedroom available as requested for any additional guests over 6 guests. Please note the following room configurations:
- Upstairs Primary Bedroom - 1 king
- Upstairs En Suite Bedroom - 1 king
- Downstairs En Suite Bedroom - 1 king
- Downstairs Bunkroom - 2 queens, 2 singles, and a single sleeper sofa (available as an add on)
Please note that the 3-bedroom option includes the top three bedrooms above for 6 adults, and the bunkroom will be locked. Additional guests beyond the 6 are welcome for $100/guest/night. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can discuss the best bedroom configuration for your group.

$500 USD security deposit is required
In addition to nightly rate:
- 5% Mexican lodging tax not included in nightly rate
- 16% Mexican Value Add Tax (known as IVA) not included in nightly rate
- Daily cleaning fee included in nightly rate (no additional charge)
Full amount paid minus $400 USD per house per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of the new rental minus $400 USD per rental week for each house rented.
We fell in love with Sayulita and I think it's because we had our own little oasis to come back to everyday.
The team that manages the house could not be better! From the time we booked the house they were hands on and helped with everything! We even found an amazing surfing instructor through them. We can't wait to come back.

Second the service was great! Nick helped us arrange a yoga instructor, chef, golf carts. He was super responsive and everything went so smoothly.
No doubt we will be back. The location was prime!!!
