Description
Casa + Suites at Villa Surya in Sayulita is a brand-new beautiful 4 bedroom luxury home with incredible panoramic views of the Sayulita bay, offering year-round sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. This Villa is located on top of the exclusive Nanzal Hill on the quiet north side of Sayulita. The villa consists of a main 2 bedroom home and 2 separate one-bedroom suites below.
The peaceful jungle setting, and the large, naturally-open feel inside, make property the perfect place to enjoy year-round sunsets and fresh ocean breeze.
The main villa consists of a large 2 story home with 2 bedrooms with A/C, 2 1/2 baths, floor to ceiling windows, an open concept living room/ kitchen with incredible ocean views and sliding doors leading to a large terrace, exterior dining area, and an infinity pool. There are balconies off of each bedroom.
Below the main house are 2 individual suites, each one with a queen-size bed, A/C and private bath. The upper level has a private balcony, while the lower level has a terrace with a private dipping pool. The studios can be rented individually, or together, with or without the main house.

The place was amazing - literally every room had the best view. Would definitely stay again here in an instant.
Pepe was great, he helped coordinate our groups golf carts, a private chef at the house, and was extremely helpful. Tonya the house cleaner was extremely nice and came every morning.
Like the reviews said - yes it’s on a steep hill side. Golf carts were extremely nice and convenient, definitely would recommend those. However some of our group made the walk up the hill, so it’s possible, just prepare yourself for a steep walk.
This place was worth every penny!

This house was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. Gloria and Alethia were fantastic with helping us and cooking for us! The pictures do not do this place justice…. It was remarkable and the sunsets were spectacular. You absolutely need good golf carts if you rent this place. The golf carts were really convenient and fun though! The water can be a bit temperamental compared to what you might be used to, but better than most places I’ve stayed in Mexico. Really all love for the house and team! We will be coming back for sure.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The house was beautiful. Every room was nice with beach views. The view from this house was breathtaking. We enjoyed sunset views from the deck every night.
The house was very clean. The housekeeper Gloria came and cleaned every day, which was a HUGE bonus we hadn’t even accounted for when we booked. It made our stay with a big group so easy.
Aléthia was fantastic. She gave great recommendations and was super responsive.

Just what we needed!
The house sits atop a hill that looks out over the ocean, and it's better in person. Gloria cooked us an unbelievable meal. She really went above and beyond for us. The house was clean, secure, and overall just very luxurious

Amazing home, host & housekeeper!
Where do I start? Alethia was so responsive. If we messaged her for a recommendation, the response was immediate. A few times we messaged her. She was so fast I didn't see her response! :-) She made us feel right at home. I also wanted to make sure to talk about Gloria the housekeeper. She was amazing. She didn't speak English very well.... we didn't speak Spanish very well.... and yet we were able to communicate effectively. My 4-year-old daughter loved her. Gloria is also an amazing cook. The house description said Gloria could cook traditional dinners at the house if you request it. I highly recommend you do this! There are plenty of outstanding restaurants in Sayulita but Gloria's will be one the most memorable. YUM!!!!!! She even made homemade flan for dessert. I would also follow the recommendation to rent a golf cart for the stay. Some of the Cart rental places weren't responding to my requests. Alethia was on it and gave us a hand. Outstanding!

This place is charming from the view to the accommodations, everything met our expectations. The hosts were great and met us at the property for check-in and check-out. Alethia was super attentive to all of our questions and set us up with Gloria who cooked us some delicious meals. We were thrilled with everything and had a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay in an amazing place!
Hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! The pictures don’t describe it properly, and the view is amazing! Alethia was a great host with very clear and helpful communication. We had to reschedule our trip due to Covid but were able to rebook this STUNNING home due to availability. Alethia was always attentive and there to answer all our questions and give great recommendations. She helped with our golf cart rentals, a private chef and all the tips to truly enjoy Sayulita with ease! Only special turbo golf carts can make it up this hill so be sure to book your carts asap as they sometimes sell out depending on the travel season. The house is on the highest hill Away from the beach but it only took us 5 -8 mins to drive into town. The house was super clean and had everything you need. We felt very protected and secure staying here as Alethia went over all the proper security procedures with us. All rooms have their own keys so be mindful to secure your keys and keep them close to you when offsite. 6rooms and 6+ bathrooms were lovely for our group of 6. All rooms are private and separated from a staircase so you always have privacy to make noise w/o bothering anyone. There’s a great music system here too! The house was so fun that some people didn’t feel the need to even leave. Alethia gave us a thorough tour once we arrived and gave us very IMPORTANT information so pay attention.
The pool had s great temperature! But you must go to the beach and roam the quaint little town to support the locals and experience the amazing Mexican culture!
We ran low on towels but it was easily remedied by sending a request to our host. Be sure to buy or pack extra shampoo/conditioner and body wash/lotion as that was the only thing that wasn’t provided at the house. We didn’t let that ruin our trip and it was not an issue for us to bring our own considering the perfect experience we received in exchange. Pull the trigger and BOOK YOUR SAYULITA VACATION NOW! You will not regret it!!

Perfect vacation!
The house & location is just wonderful!! Breathtaking view! Alethia was the most lovely host, has the best restaurants & to-do tips for Sayulita, everything she recommended was spot on!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here, highly recommended. House came with a lovely lady Gloria, who cleaned the house on a daily - bonus!!
