Casa Churro is a brand new 4-bedroom, 5 bath villa that sleeps up to 12 people (10 adults max plus 2 children). Each bedroom in the villa has its own ensuite bathroom. The upper floor offers two primary bedrooms with panoramic ocean views. The third floor offers a generous common area (kitchen, living room with two story ceilings, heated pool with cascading waterfall, outdoor garden and pool terrace, and a pergola for outdoor dining). The second floor offers two additional bedrooms – one an additional en-suite primary bedroom, and the other a luxury bunk room. The bunk room was designed to be lovely enough for two additional couples to enjoy, or alternatively as a bunk room for up to 7 children.
The street level has a game room. All bedrooms and common areas have AC for those sunny Sayulita days. Starlink WIFI and gorgeous interior finishes are all around. The home also offers high ceilings throughout to let the sunshine in. We’ve worked hard to create a cozy, warm, and welcoming home, while also offering the little conveniences that we have grown to appreciate and expect in a luxury beach rental.
Casa Churro was meticulously designed to enjoy every drop that Sayulita has to offer. This property balances stunning Sayulita ocean views from every room in the house with being conveniently located two blocks up from the Northside beach. Casa Churro is an easy walk to the Northside restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is about a ten-minute walk to the heart of Sayulita’s main square and popular surfing beach on the Southside of town.
While Sayulita arguably has all you will ever need for your dream beach vacation, it can also act as a convenient home-base for day trips to San Pancho (15 minutes), Punta Mita (20 minutes) and Puerto Vallarta (40 minutes).

Full amount paid minus $400 USD per house per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of the new rental minus $400 USD per rental week for each house rented.
The home is designed for both comfort and luxury. Each of the four spacious bedrooms had incredible views, plush bedding, and private bathrooms, making our group’s stay feel indulgent and special. The common areas were just as impressive—the open-concept kitchen and living room with high ceilings provided the perfect space for gathering, while the outdoor terrace and heated pool became our daily sanctuary. Whether we were dining under the pergola, playing in the game room, or lounging by the pool, we enjoyed it all.
The attention to detail was also quite great— like fast WiFi and air conditioning in every room. We also loved how easy it was to explore Sayulita. The Northside beach was just a couple of blocks away, and we enjoyed walking down to the town’s shops and restaurants.
Casa Churro is truly a slice of paradise. We can’t wait to return!
The common area on the third floor was a dream. We spent our mornings sipping coffee, evenings drinking cocktails by the heated pool with its cascading waterfall and enjoyed dinners under the pergola with the ocean as our backdrop. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the spacious living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
The bedrooms were equally impressive, each with its own ensuite bathroom and luxurious feel.
The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Northside beach and within easy reach of Sayulita’s vibrant restaurants and shops. Casa Churro strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already planning our return!
The home has epic views of the Sayulita beaches. We did morning yoga (they have mats, blocks, and weights) on the outside terrace, and relaxed in the pool throughout the day. We had a great time playing video games and shuffle-puck in the Game room. The house truly had everything. It was the perfect blend of enjoying the beaches/ town and loving our time back at the house.
We would definitely come back to stay at Casa Churro.
One of the highlights of our trip was having a private chef prepare an amazing dinner, which we enjoyed on the balcony as the sun set over the Pacific. It was such a memorable experience and made our stay feel extra special. The home was perfect for our group, as we were celebrating my 40th birthday along with a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. It truly felt like the ideal place to bring everyone together in a beautiful setting.
We also loved being on the north side of town, where it was quieter and felt more private, yet still just a short walk or golf cart ride to everything Sayulita has to offer. Our hosts, Gabbi & Nick, were fantastic—so attentive, helpful, and always ready with recommendations for the best local spots. Their hospitality made our trip even better.
If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Sayulita, this is it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely return.

It’s very close to town, but surprisingly I never heard any noise besides the waves from the ocean.
