Casa Churro is a brand new 4-bedroom, 5 bath villa that sleeps up to 12 people (10 adults max plus 2 children). Each bedroom in the villa has its own ensuite bathroom. The upper floor offers two primary bedrooms with panoramic ocean views. The third floor offers a generous common area (kitchen, living room with two story ceilings, heated pool with cascading waterfall, outdoor garden and pool terrace, and a pergola for outdoor dining). The second floor offers two additional bedrooms – one an additional en-suite primary bedroom, and the other a luxury bunk room. The bunk room was designed to be lovely enough for two additional couples to enjoy, or alternatively as a bunk room for up to 7 children.
The street level has a game room. All bedrooms and common areas have AC for those sunny Sayulita days. Starlink WIFI and gorgeous interior finishes are all around. The home also offers high ceilings throughout to let the sunshine in. We’ve worked hard to create a cozy, warm, and welcoming home, while also offering the little conveniences that we have grown to appreciate and expect in a luxury beach rental.
Casa Churro was meticulously designed to enjoy every drop that Sayulita has to offer. This property balances stunning Sayulita ocean views from every room in the house with being conveniently located two blocks up from the Northside beach. Casa Churro is an easy walk to the Northside restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is about a ten-minute walk to the heart of Sayulita’s main square and popular surfing beach on the Southside of town.
While Sayulita arguably has all you will ever need for your dream beach vacation, it can also act as a convenient home-base for day trips to San Pancho (15 minutes), Punta Mita (20 minutes) and Puerto Vallarta (40 minutes).

Full amount paid minus $400 USD per house per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of the new rental minus $400 USD per rental week for each house rented.
One of the highlights of our trip was having a private chef prepare an amazing dinner, which we enjoyed on the balcony as the sun set over the Pacific. It was such a memorable experience and made our stay feel extra special. The home was perfect for our group, as we were celebrating my 40th birthday along with a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. It truly felt like the ideal place to bring everyone together in a beautiful setting.
We also loved being on the north side of town, where it was quieter and felt more private, yet still just a short walk or golf cart ride to everything Sayulita has to offer. Our hosts, Gabbi & Nick, were fantastic—so attentive, helpful, and always ready with recommendations for the best local spots. Their hospitality made our trip even better.
If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Sayulita, this is it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely return.

The house itself has breathtaking views and superb interior design. You will be snapping pictures for your Instagram account from the moment of your arrival! 10/10 - can’t wait to return to this paradise!!
We had a family reunion with 14 people (3 families with a mix of adult kids, middle school kids and elementary school age kids) and everyone had space to hang out together or do their own thing (even a game room for the kids). It was perfect!
The new kitchen has all the stuff! We were here for 8 days and had breakfast in the house most days. We walked a few blocks down to the beach or into town (or took one of our golf carts) multiple times each day for beaching, massages, shopping and lots of eating and cold cocktails!
We have travelled as a family all over the world and this was one of the most magical vacations that we have ever taken!
I can’t wait to come back to Sayulita. When we come back we will definitely stay at Casa Churro! Expert Tip: Don’t forget to pick up hot churros next to the bridge before coming home each night! You won’t regret it!
