Villa Mariposa is tucked away on a peaceful hill in a gated community with 24-hour security. It is the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility just north of Sayulita. Built in 2022, this beautifully maintained home is located just outside the charming village of Lo de Marcos, offering a quiet retreat while still being close to the best beaches and local spots.
With five spacious King suites (two of which can be set up as twin beds), Villa Mariposa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, and with air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout, you’ll stay cool and comfortable.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has everything you need, including brand-new stainless-steel appliances, purified water, filtered ice from an industrial ice maker, and soft-close cabinets. A built-in sound system extends from the dining area to the outdoor living space, so you can connect your device and set the perfect vibe. There’s also a convenient guest bath off the great room with easy access from the pool.
Outside, the heated infinity pool is the perfect spot to relax and take in the tropical surroundings.
