Welcome to theVida Feliz Casitas (1 Bedroom Suites) in Sayulita. Our property consists of 3 beautiful and private, 1 bedroom casitas located on the quiet South end of Sayulita. Our collection of 3 1 bedroom casitas offers a tranquil escape just a short 5-minute walk from Sayulitas Main beach and the vibrant boutiques and eateries that define Sayulita's charm. Revel in the perfect balance—close enough to the town's energy yet tucked away for serenity.

Casita 1

Nestled on the ground level just inside the front entrance, is the original Mexican house meticulously renovated to preserve its distinctive boveda ceilings, This one-bedroom oasis boasts a king-size bed, ensuite bath, and both an indoor and outdoor shower. The separate living room offers additional sleeping accommodations, and the spacious, private outdoor terrace features a dining table. The fully functional kitchen, adorned with locally sourced furnishings and decor, includes a two-burner stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Enjoy the charm of Mexican tile floors, parota wood kitchen and doors, and a generous dressing area within the expansive tiled bathroom. Casita 1 offers a private enclosed patio (clothing optional), an outdoor shower, and lush tropical plantings for an indulgent escape.

You will have shared access to the pool area with lounge chairs. The pool is shared between all four Casitas.

Casita 2

Discover comfort in this one-bedroom casita featuring a king-size bed, ensuite bath, and both an indoor and outdoor shower. The separate living room offers additional sleeping space, while the spacious outdoor terrace invites you to dine at the table or unwind on the lounge chair. A fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker adds convenience. Thoughtfully adorned with locally sourced furnishings and decor, our casitas ensure a cozy and stylish retreat.

This was my second time staying at one of Jaime’s properties and I look forward to staying there again in the future. His property is pristine and comfortable and a nice little walk from town. Tony was super responsive and kind, an excellent house manager! I was working during my stay and the wifi was an incredible bonus.

Beautiful and serene casita. Great location, easy short walk and access to two beautiful beaches playa de Los Muertos and carricitos. casita is away from the tumult of the city but so close to everything. We love Sayulita and can’t wait to come back.
