Brought my vision to life!

When my husband & I first met with Carmen, we had just started planning our wedding, and I didn't have a clear vision yet. Carmen was patient with me and inspired by ALL of my ideas. She listened meticulously and created a vision board that was beyond my wildest expectations. Our wedding was like my Pinterest board was perfected and brought to life. There were so many beautiful pops of unique creativity throughout the entire space. I saw our guests admiring the tablescapes all evening. Carmen absolutely brought our vision to life and I'm so grateful to have found her!

Couldn't have asked for anything better!

We worked with Carmen for about 8 months leading up to my clients wedding in Sayulita(which took place in May) and really couldn't have asked for a better experience! We've been planning destination weddings for years across the world and this was probably one of the most seamless and easy vendor experiences we've had.
Carmen is so creative, made amazing design suggestions and was extremely clear in her communication when it came time to planning out the tiny details from how many vases/candles per table, weather timing, setup logistics, etc. She's just so knowledgeable and such a great resource for floral & more.
It's always a little nerve wracking to see how the floral is going to look on a wedding day without having seen a sample or anything in person before but it FAR exceeded our expectations in every way.

I can't say enough good things about her and Flora Amor - 100/10 recommend!

Planning a destination wedding Has many moving parts. Carmen Made our process so smooth planning from abroad. I we were impressed with her from the consultation, to the designs and the pricing. Unforgettable wedding florals

My husband and I worked with Carmen for our wedding florals - she came highly recommended by our wedding planner and she did not disappoint! I’m still in awe of how vibrant our flower arrangements were from our arch, to my bouquet and all the other floral details. Carmen even went above and beyond to create amazing and unique personal flower pieces for my mom, mother in law, officiant and flower girl. My mom’s piece was especially touching as she lost her hair ahead of the wedding and Carmen designed an outstanding flower ear cuff to help my mom feel radiant during the wedding events that matched her dress perfectly. Truly an incredible wedding vendor to have support us during such a special day.

Amazing florals for our Sayulita wedding!

Carmen did an amazing job with our florals for our wedding at La Gran Villa in Sayulita - we could not have been happier! She was so amazing to work with and helped through dozens of my questions. In the end, she ended up putting together florals that totally surpassed what we had even thought of! We were super happy with how everything turned out, the florals were beautiful and we super appreciated all her help and wisdom leading up to the event!

Incredible vision and execution

Carmen and her company knocked it out of the park. My wedding florals were stunning, and from the first time I met her I knew she would make my dreams come true. When she brought me my bouquet, I burst into tears because it was so beautiful and made it real! Plus she incorporated bananas-yes a banana plant!-into our drink boat. It was amazing!

Carmen is the face and voice behind Flora Amor. Originally a paper installation artist from Canada, she now lives in Sayulita with her family. She has an addiction to all things floral, and is often found foraging for botanical treasures on the beach, on the side of the road, and in her backyard. She approaches floral design in a creative way, paying attention to trends and new ideas. She believes in spreading the flower love to help build relationship, community, and connection to our natural world.
