Recipients of Sayulita Life’s October Donation: Sayulita Jaguars Soccer Team
Sayulita life’s $5000 donation will go to the Sayulita Jaguars, a local children’s soccer team. The donation will help fund their much-awaited game coming up in November.
The Jaguars are looking forward to attending the soccer tournament held in Mazatlan, Sinaloa. The children’s team hosted a “kermes” on the 8th of October to collect donations that will help cover all the costs associated with the tournament. The donations that they received went towards the organization of the “kermes” event. 20 businesses have already signed up to donate items such as food, clothing, and cash.
At the event in November, there will be a raffle to win the items that businesses have donated so far, and the money collected will go towards transportation, hotel, clothing, and food costs.

We spoke to Israel, one of the organizers of the Jaguars soccer team, he gave us some more information about this wonderful group.
Tell me about the soccer team?
We are a group of entrepreneurs with a wish to guide, mold, and better the characters of children through the practice of soccer playing.
We are a team with a promise to society, that children and young people can have a well-rounded education and that this is reflected in their day-to-day lives.
What are the services that you offer?
We offer soccer practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00 to 8.30pm.
How long has the team been playing?
We have been contributing to the sports training program since the 26th of August 2014.
What are the future plans for the soccer team?
Our plans are to be an institution that helps to encourage development in children and young people, who are capable of competing in any area of their lives. To learn discipline, honesty, responsibility, organized thinking and to carry that winning attitude within.
Anything else you would like to add?
We wish to grow every day more and more as a successful institution and to be highly competitive in all of our categories, we want to contribute to being good examples to society so that we are worthy representatives of our region. And to be loyal to our values and manifest that in every aspect of our lives.
