Punta Bahia Catering & Private Chef

We had chef Erik Cook 2 meals for us while in Sayulita. Can I just say it was the most delicious 2 meals ever! Never had a private chef before and he was excellent. Will recommend him anytime!!!

I would highly recommend Chef Erik. He listened to our dietary restrictions and presented us with several menu options to choose from, all of which fit our needs. He was very responsive, and went above and beyond to be helpful. He even offered to do our grocery shopping outside of what was needed for the meal he was preparing, so that our rental unit would be stocked for our vacation. Our four course meal was served at the exact time we requested. The plating was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. He provided a detailed description of each dish, with some information on what went into each element. The clean up was fast, and he left our kitchen just as pristine as he found it. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience, and it was the perfect way for us to spend our first evening in Puerto Vallarta.

Chef Eric prepared such a great meal for our last day in Puerto Vallarta, it was the perfect ending to our trip. We even thought his food was as good (or even better) than the Michelin Star restaurant we went on our trip. 10/10 would recommend!

Erik was excellent. His menu proposal addressed every aspect of our initial request, and he was flexible in preparing an alternate dish for our one vegetarian guest. It made a big difference to feel like he had been attentive to our asks. He has a lot of experience in fine dining and he was efficient and professional. The food was delicious! Chef Erik was amazing from my first interaction with him via the app through leaving our home. He was friendly, professional, talkative, provided creative menus, and was excited about his food and our preferences. The food was wonderful and everyone in our group of 5 loved the experience. I would highly recommend him and his great assistant for anything where you would want a private chef.

Erik delivered an amazing and extremely memorable culinary experience! He was not only personable but magical in his delivery of our 4 course meal. This was by far the best meal we’ve ever had in all our travels to Puerto Vallarta. His attention to detail and ability to create dishes using even a flat top stove was impressive. It was a gift to be treated by Erik and we’ll definitely seek him out again on our next visit. Everyone should try this type of experience if given the opportunity!!

This was the perfect ending to our relaxing day of lounging by the pool and getting massages. We chose a menu of the mini sope, short rib enchiladas, mahi mahi Al pastor, and orange cake. Everything was amazing!! The chef and his staff were friendly and left the kitchen spotless. I can’t forget our bartender and the fantastic drinks he made, we all agreed that his pina coladas were the best any of us have ever had!! Also Erik was very easy to communicate and work with on the planning of our evening. I HIGHLY recommend Punta Bahía Catering if you would like to enjoy a taste of Sayulita!!!!
