The Space

Portico Plus at Casa Hiedra is a ground-level unit consisting of two connected spaces, separated by a lockable door. Your private entrance on Calle Primavera leads to the Portico living area, a one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a private covered patio. This space has been custom-designed to highlight traditional local elements with a contemporary touch. The cozy bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed with a premium mattress, air conditioning, a spacious closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. The full-size kitchen is well-equipped with concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stunning six-burner gas stove and oven for all your cooking needs. French doors from the kitchen open to a large outdoor living area with a breakfast bar, dining table, and a spacious covered lounge with a sofa.

At the other end of the covered patio, French doors connect to the Portico Plus unit. This space features a large master bedroom with high ceilings, two closets, a full bathroom, and views of the pool lounge area. As you step inside, you're greeted by a striking Parota wood dining table. Relax on the upper patio with comfortable built-in sofas and direct access to the pool, or step down to the well-maintained brick garden area and unwind in the hanging macramé chair.

Portico Plus is fully private and features a secure entry with a lockbox. Guests have access to both the Portico unit and the Plus unit, which includes an additional bedroom, full bathroom, lounge patio, pool, and garden area. In total, the rental offers:

About the neighborhood

Sayulita is a lively and charming community, known for its authentic and vibrant atmosphere. While the house is in a generally quiet area, you may occasionally hear local vendors calling out their goods. Additionally, Sayulita is experiencing a real estate boom, which means some construction noise can be heard throughout town. At present, there are no construction projects close enough to be a disturbance to guests, but we cannot guarantee completely noise-free days.

Landscaping and pool maintenance take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Our maintenance staff, Beto and Jamin, will have access to the common areas during these times. This service cannot be declined as they follow a strict schedule. If you have any concerns about the staff, please contact the property managers immediately.
