Casa Chihuahua

Casa Chihuahua in Sayulita is a newly remodeled, enchanting and comfortable vacation rental. The house has been architecturally designed to maximize this southern Sayulita location offering privacy, sun, shade, breezes, and spectacular views of the jungle and the Northern coastline.

Casa Chihuahua boasts three beautiful bedrooms including one large master suite at street level. It includes a king-size bed and couch that can be made into a single bed with a large master bath attached. The second suite is at pool level with a king-size bed, couch that can be made into a single bed, master bath, and private deck that can also access the pool. The third bedroom us at street level and has two twin beds and master bath. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning if you need it, though most of the year the ocean breezes are all you want. An outdoor shower and additional bathroom are close to the pool for your convenience. Each bedroom has a safe for your valuables.  

The kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor bar area makes this the place you want to hang out and entertain. The entire house has a water filtration system for purified water and ice.  A bar area with four stools is a great place to enjoy a beverage while chatting with the cook in the kitchen.  An eight person dining table and large built-in couches outside on the veranda are covered with lighting and fans but open for breezes complete with an ocean/jungle view. The bar and sitting area are conveniently located next to the pool, built around three palm trees. There is also a hot tub that can be heated in the evenings. 

There is maid service two times per week with all linens and towels included. 

A speaker bar and tv is located in the indoor sitting area. Internet is available or enjoy a library of books available for lazy days reading.

Casa Chihuahua is located on the southern end of Sayulita about a 10-minute walk from the village plaza and main surfing beach. Guests also enjoy a 10-minute stroll through dense jungle to the less active Playa Los Muertos offering a family swimming environment. A rental car or golf cart is not necessary but recommended if you plan to be making frequent trips to town center or carrying a lot of food, beer, etc. 

The house is perfect for 6-8 peole looking to enjoy a Sayulita Mexico experience in a private tranquil location. The house very comfortably sleeps 6 and 2 additional people can be accommodated on the built-in couches in the bedrooms with king size beds.

The upstairs apartment is exclusively for the owner and friends. You have complete privacy in the main house. The upstairs apartment has a separate entrance and there is no shared access.
