Casa Lorca is a studio style layout with a King size bed, stunning ocean & Bay views, bath with shower, fully appointed kitchen, living area, and indoor and outdoor dining. Open all the terrace doors and feel like you are living outside. Large terrace with palapa, chairs and lounge chairs. ***Villa is 15 min. walk on dirt and cobblestone roads to town and beaches. We recommend bringing a flashlight with you at night as some parts of the road are not lighted by street lights. Golf carts are a great way to navigate the town and insure easy access to town and nearby beaches. We can help you with securing a rental cart for your stay through our local rental companies. Villa Poema has charging outlets for golf carts inside the gated parking area.

Seasonal rates are per night and in US Dollars. Please note a $250 damage security deposit will be charged to you 3 days before your arrival and refunded 3 days after departure. Any damages will be subtracted from your security deposit and you are personally responsible for damage incured over that amount.
