The penthouse receives great natural light throughout the unit. The living room has a 50" cable and smart TV with access to Netflix, and a library of books, games, and movies to share. 

Dual master suites with king sized beds make this unit perfect for two couples.  The first suite is equipped with a walk-in closet, TV/DVD, private bath and outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean.  Sleep comfortably with the memory foam mattress.  The second suite has a brand new king-sized pillow-top bed and large picture window with spectacular views of the sea. 

A cozy guest room has one double bed and a twin day-bed perfect to sleep singles or children.  The house library is located in the 3rd suite and the window-seat is perfect to read a good book.  An additional single day-bed is located in the foyer.

You will love watching the sunset from our roof garden.  See the uninterupted sky, and the entire bay of Sayulita below.  The unit has its own private hottub, and is only 2 floors above our infinity pools.  Gym access, daily maid service, and garage parking are included.  

Our complex is an oasis from the busy town center, only 20 minutes walk to the plaza, and 1 minute down to the quiet north end of the main beach.  Enjoy the sounds of tropical birds and ocean waves from the balconies.  We are surrounded by lush tropical jungle.
