Our common area pools are the largest in Sayulita and one of the two pools is heated. The complex itself is surrounded by preserved natural jungle and tropical gardens and is a haven for bird watching only a block walking to the beach.
The main balcony opens out to rooftop lookout point with panoramic views of the ocean and Sayulita. See whales jumping during migration season and watch the sun as it sets on the ocean.
Wifi internet, cable TV and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix are included. The master suite includes a private ocean view terrace and ensuite bath. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and includes all you need to prepare meals. Beach supplies are also included.
Dual bedrooms with king beds make the unit perfect to sleep 2 couples. A third guest room hosts one double bed and a sofa bed. There are two additional twin beds, one in the foyer, the other in the living area.
The master suite has a private balcony with a lounge chair boarding the protected north side jungle, spacious walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom.
Italian marble floors and air-conditioning throughout the apartment. Feel the sea breeze and hear the waves from your balconies. We are just a block walking down to the tranquil north end of the main beach and 5 minutes from a jungle hiking trail leading to a hidden beach. There are a few restaurants just a block away. The town plaza is 15 minutes walking.
Our complex is an oasis from the busy town center, 1 minute down to the quiet north end of the main beach. Enjoy the sounds of tropical birds and ocean waves from the balconies. We are surrounded by lush tropical jungle.

The penthouse can accommodate up to 8 people with 2 king, 1 double bed, and 2 twin-sized sofa beds.
Daily maid service with towels and sheet laundry service is included in your nightly rate. A personal clothing wash can be organized for an addition 50 pesos ($4 USD).
We request a 2 night minimum stay for booking the Quetzal Penthouse and 7 night minimum for holiday periods.
We require a 50% deposit to reserve. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
