Casa las Ondas in Sayulita is a penthouse condo with a private pool and panoramic ocean views.
Las Ondas has 3 spacious bedrooms for up to 8 guests, perfectly located on the North side of town in the Pajaro de Fuego complex. Casa las Ondas has access to the largest pools in Sayulita, a large garage for parking, and breathtaking 180 degree ocean views. One of our two common area pools is heated in the winter months and surrounded by beautiful jungle and tropical flowers.
This vacation rental has two patios. The first is a large open terrace with lounging chairs, and a private pool overlooking the gorgeous bay, and the second is a quiet lounging patio located above the large terrace, attached to the palapa roof of the penthouse. Las Ondas has a large, modern kitchen overlooking the home, perfect for preparing meals.
Our vacation rental boasts high-speed internet, a private dipping pool, and air conditioning in each bedroom. Beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs are available for a perfect beach day, with the condo located meters away from the Northbeach and 8 minutes away from the Southbeach.
Enjoy our penthouse retreat with breathtaking 180 degree views of the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in comfort. Enjoy your days by the private pool or take just a short walk to the beach. Located 15 minutes by foot from the center plaza of Sayulita, 5 minutes by golf cart. 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms sleeping 8 guests all have ocean views. Enjoy the open air palapas in the main living area and well equipped kitchen, all while you enjoy the ocean view. The best part, the outdoor space where you can dip in the private pool overlooking the waves roll in, dine al fresca at the table while listening to the jungle sounds, sun bathe on the upper deck and take in all of Sayulita , town and water, or just hang out with a cold drink under the deck.
Primary Bedroom: One king size bed and a lounging area. Opens up directly onto the patio for the ultimate ocean experience. Large Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioned and fans for those warm summer months.
Bedroom 2: One king size bed with ocean views. Air conditioned. Attached bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Two queen size beds with ocean views and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioned.
Daily housekeeping is included. And laundry services are available for a fee. The property is monitored by security 24/7. Ample parking is available for your golf cart rental or vehicle in our secure garage with charging capability.
Our property management team is onsite daily from 9-5 to assist you with any issues, questions, or concerns you may have.
Disclaimer: this condo is perched on a hill, this allows for the extraordinary ocean views. All guests must be able bodied to get up steep steps. It’s 100 percent worth it. But it is a lot of steps, ramps, and some elevators. 8 guests maximum. (Babies are exceptions, inquire with host). We have one security camera at the front door and one at the back balcony steps. These will be disabled during confirmed guest stays, unless otherwise requested.

Beach access was just down the road and the view from the condo was incredible.
Like other reviewers have said, there are lots of stairs to get to the condo and the elevator was broken so it wouldn't have been a good fit for everyone.
The bedrooms have AC but the living space did not also have something to be aware of. But overall, great experience and would stay here again.
Would recommend to those spending time in Sayulita!
