Villa Romance: Location Video

Villa Romance, located oceanfront at the highly sought-after penthouse of Amor Boutique Hotel, has the most stunning wrap-around ocean view in all of Sayulita. This panoramic and supremely picturesque setting is ideal for intimate ceremonies.

Accommodates up to 30 guests for the ceremony & reception.

Curfew: 11:00 pm

Location Fee: No Location fee, Hotel policy: must rent a minimum of 6 Villas for 3 nights each.

Villa Arboles:

Villa Arboles at Amor Boutique Hotel is thoughtfully and organically built around trees that rise up through the terrace. This family-friendly 3-bedroom luxury villa in Sayulita features luxurious open-air living, fully enclosed bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. This expansive 3 bedroom Sayulita ocean view suite has it all. Two en-suite master bedrooms, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds, comfortably sleeping 6 people.

Villa More Amor: Location Video

Perched on an absolutely enviable oceanfront location, Villa More Amor is our latest luxury creation boasting world-class to-die-for ocean views. Our Villa of Eternal Love is a set treetop within nature on Amor Group’s gorgeous estate.

Beachfront Gazebo:

Our picture-perfect venue is for those seeking an intimate ceremony adjacent to the water’s edge under a romantic gazebo. Our artisanal iron gazebo comes wonderfully alive with flowers and adornments into a real-life beachfront wedding fairytale.

Accommodates up to 60 guests for the ceremony & 30 guests for the reception.

Kissing Garden: Location Video

Our beautiful garden is ideal for those who prefer to have their feet in the grass, rather than the sand. The Kissing Garden is grand in size yet nestled within tropical palms, soaring papelillo trees, gigantic banyan trees, torch ginger and fragrant plumerias. It is ideal for lovers who desire a serene tropical setting.

Accommodates up to 120 guests for the ceremony and up to 60 for the reception.

Curfew: 9:00 pm

Location fee: $500USD

Patio La Gran Villa: Location Video

The crown jewel and landmark location of Sayulita, La Gran Villa sits atop the point with unobstructed ocean views. The patio wedding venue is set back from the estate featuring a handcrafted stone fountain set within towering traveller's palms, tropical foliage and fragrant plumerias.

Accommodates up to 150 guests for the ceremony & reception.

Curfew: 11:00 pm

Location fee: $1392 USD. Policy for the event, minimum rental of 6 Villas (including the 3 villas below that surround the Patio) for 3 nights each. The list of villas is below:

Playa Secreta is located in the tranquil bay of Bucerias. One of the exclusive locations for weddings and events we offer, your guests will be soothed with the sound of waves lapping on the shore as the palm trees gently sway in the ocean breeze.

Accommodates up to 80 guests.

Location fee: $2650 USD. Does not require the rental of any rooms.

Curfew: 11:00 pm

Villas Parota: (Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit)

It combines the characteristics of a Boutique hotel and an exhibition garden to create an exquisite location of art and design that is complemented by an intervention of nature in some strategic spaces within it. With an eclectic and bohemian atmosphere, you get a mixture of natural tones and bright tones that accentuate the Mexican decoration which will welcome you to Villas Parota.

We are located in Mezcalitos, Nuevo Vallarta. Within the restaurant area, and very close to the beautiful beach of Nuevo Vallarta.

Accommodates up to 60 for the ceremony & reception.

Curfew: 11:00 pm

Location Fee: $300 USD. Hotel policy: Must rent Villas Parota for a minimum of 3 nights.

They make fairytales come true!

I can not say enough good things about Karen and her team. They made my wedding day absolutely gorgeous! There was so much attention to detail, everything was just stunning, the food was fantastic! Karen and her team were so attentive to me and my guests - everyone was treated like royalty and I had no stress at all on my wedding day - they took care of everything, including things that I would not have even thought of, but that made our wedding day perfect. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Loved the celebration + party that Karen helped us to create!

Karen and her team did an amazing job for our wedding at La Gran Villa in Sayulita. After meeting with what felt like dozens of wedding planners, it was so great to meet with Karen and she did a great job throughout the months we worked together. She made decision making easy and straightforward and her expertise with the venue, location, and other vendors in the area were so great to have. Her team ensured everything ran smoothly during the day of our wedding and we also really loved how they helped us to organize an earlier site visit months previously so we could get to know the venue, town, and do a menu tasting. Overall, we were super happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend working with Karen and her team to others!

Karen is the Best in the Business! - Can't thank her enough

Karen is a beautiful, compassionate human who loves what she does and her execution is incredibly professional. We chose to have our wedding on the Patio at Amor Boutique Hotel and Karen helped us bring our dream to light. The Patio is an amazing venue with an elegant, authentic Mexican vibe overlooking the ocean from atop a mountain and Karen really knows how to bring it to life. Karen has a very thorough planning process that accounts for each detail of the wedding. During the planning, she always referred to "her team" will take care of everything on the day of and we were suprised by how big "her team" really is. Planning a wedding remotely presents several challenges but there is no challenge that she hasn't faced and conquered. She is really thoughtful to who the couple is and what matches their personalities. There were a few details that we saw in the decoration that we had not even thought about that she implemented and we were in love with. We told ourselves, "WOW, how did Karen know to add that for us!" We found our Huppa from a 3rd party and asked Karen to work with them to bring it to life with certain flower arrangements and she delivered. Karen seemed to know everyone in the wedding industry within Sayulita and PV. We also loved the unique table setting florals that she chose for us. We got compliments from our guests that they had never seen live plant floral arrangements like those on our dinner tables. Simple but elegant and exactly fit our vibe. Her team on the day of the wedding went the extra mile for us. We honestly would not have been able to do it without all of their help. You are in good hands with Playa Secreta!

Amazing

Naturally, my husband and I were intimidated by the idea of planning a destination wedding in an area we've never been before and in a culture in which we did not speak the native language, but Karen and her team quickly put our minds at ease! Karen and her assistant basically held my hand through the entire process and were so organized and clear about all aspects of the wedding. There were no surprises, all numbers and options were clearly communicated and when I did have questions about pricing, such as what still needs to be paid and what has already been paid, the financial team was always happy to clarify. The planning process was simple and fun and I was thoroughly impressed. When we arrived at Amor Boutique Hotel everyone was so welcoming and willing to help.
We had our ceremony and wedding at the La Gran Villa Patio and oh my gosh!! It was so beautiful! The team set up the scene perfectly and were very attentive throughout the wedding day, Karen or our day-of coordinator popped in throughout the day to ask if we needed anything and the staff clearly knew what they were doing and took charge. The food was great and the staff took great care in keeping things clean and safe for us Americans to eat/drink. The day-of coordinator was God-send, she kept things moving so smoothly and we didn't have to think about anything but enjoying our special day.
We will be back for an anniversary I am sure, we want to re-live our day over and over again because it was just perfect.
10/10. Love this team and the location.

Best day of my life!

To say Karen and her team are AMAZING would be an understatement! It’s been a week since our wedding and I still can’t get over how perfect everything turned out! My husband and I went to Sayulita a year ago to search for a venue and I found the Amor Boutique Hotel. We instantly fell in love with the place and left the town with the venue booked! We chose the Gran Villa without having the chance to see the place in person due to being booked for a wedding. We decided to go with it anyway because the pics were fantastic and we trusted our guts! From the beggining Karen was so helpful, and even without having met her in person, she was with us every step along the way. Planing the wedding from far away was not even close the nightmare I thought it was gonna be because she made it so easy for us. Step by step. I can’t even describe the level of professionalism Karen and her team have! When the time came and we were there for our wedding weekend,and got to meet her, she put me at ease and took care of everything. Not even in my best dreams I could’ve imagined having such beautiful and perfect wedding! I call her my “fairy”, because that’s what Karen is! I didn’t get dissapointed and I highly doubt that anyone will!

La mejor experiencia de boda que tendrás en Sayulita

Fue una increíble experiencia encontrar a Karen y a su equipo, desde el inicio fue la empresa en Sayulita que mejor establecido tenía todo, tuvieron mucha formalidad de principio a fin.

Su forma de trabajar es muy amena y eficiente considerando que toda la organización es a distancia, cualquier duda inmediatamente Karen la contesta y siempre esta muy al pendiente de todo lo que se necesita.

El día de la boda todo salió excelente, mis invitados notaron lo eficiente y el buen servicio que nos brindaron. La comida del buffet estuvo deliciosa, las bebidas muy ricas y la decoración hermosa.

Gracias por haber hecho para mi y Abraham un día tan memorable tan especial, un gran recuerdo y experiencia.

Si alguien tiene interés de trabajar con Karen y su equipo lo recomiendo bastante, no sé van a arrepentir porque en Sayulita no hay mejor equipo para organizar un evento.

Magical Wedding

Wow! We had a magical day and we could not have done it without Karen and her team. The day was flawless. The decor and vibe was everything we imagined and more. (Like almost hard to believe how perfect it turned out) Our friends and family had an AMAZING time, which was so important to us. The food and drinks were delicious. We danced our butts off, enjoyed popsicles and churros at one of the most beautiful Mexico venues you could ask for.

We are so appreciative of Karen's support throughout the entire planning process. It was easy and stress free for us :) We gave Karen some general ideas but let her run with it and she knocked it out of the park. And she and her team put everything together perfectly the day of.

Top notch wedding planning services! Beautiful location

Karen was absolutely wonderful! We chose this venue never having been to Sayulita before and from the very first email leading up to the wedding day, she was on top of every detail and quick to respond to every email. The day of our wedding we had a torrential downpour; Karen and her team quickly moved the reception inside La Gran Villa. Everyone was so impressed how fast the break down/set up was so we didn’t lose any time during the reception. Everything was set up so beautifully, it captured exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day! Dream Wedding! A beautiful team!

Karen and the team at at Playa Secreta was such a pleasure to work with! Before we were even engaged we knew we wanted a destination wedding in Sayulita. I found Karen through Amor Boutique Hotel and could not have been happier about the process leading up to our wedding day!

Clear and consistent communication is key when planning your wedding from across two countries and Karen was on top of it! An easy step by step process that really made sense and pinpointed every detail and aspect of your wedding day.

We met Karen in person for the first time only 2 days prior to our wedding day. She is fabulous, so kind and really invested in your needs and wants! Our wedding day was beautiful! The amount of work her team did to make our day special was incredible. Every detail we emailed over was executed perfectly and even more details were added that completed the look of our ceremony and dinner. I thanked Karen during our dinner and I was so overjoyed I started to cry! So glad we will have the photos to remember it all but I tried hard to soak in every moment and every detail. It’s goes by too fast! Thank you Karen and team Playa Secreta for making memories we will have all our lives!

What an amazing team!

Cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with Karen and her team! We thought planning a wedding from afar would be challenging, but Karen made it very easy, seamless, and stress-free. She quickly responded to emails and provided the wedding planning steps in chunks so the process wasn’t overwhelming! She was also very understanding when we had to make minor changes and offered suggestions when we couldn’t decide on some things. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and team. During the wedding day, we were blown away by how they decorated the wedding space–it felt as though our Pinterest board came to life and our guests had nothing but praises for how everything turned out! Some even called it the “wedding of the century” and the “best wedding they’ve been to”. Everyone thought it was such a unique venue and both the beach and the jungle area were set up stunningly. Our guests also really loved the bar and buffet and couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was. They really went above and beyond and we’re grateful to their team for making our day everything we imagined it to be and more. Truly loved working with y’all!
