Description

Casa Malva in Sayulita is a brand new, three bedroom/three bath Penthouse condo in the newly completed Casa Galeria complex. Located in a great neighborhood with just a 3 minute easy walk to the beach and town center. There is onsite secure parking and a great coffee shop serving breakfast and lunch.

Casa Malva accommodates up to six guests. With eclectic decor that adds a splash of Mexican color, you will be enchanted and delighted with this space. We have air conditioning in the main living area as well as in all the bedrooms, to ensure that you will always be comfortable.

The modern open kitchen/living/dining area is well appointed with all you will need during your stay. The living room opens up to a breezy terrace where you will enjoy village views and jungly hillsides, while overlooking the pool below. With both ceiling fans and AC, your comfort is assured.

The private rooftop terrace offers a private bar, dining space, outdoor lounging space and a hot tub.

The onsite pool is shared by all units and is a great place to swim laps and lounge in the sun.

Super cute and unique

A lovely townhouse, so close to the beach and square but you can still get a good nights sleep. Really secure and beautifully decorated! We loved the pool and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The house was super clean as well and has a lovely roof deck that looks out over town. If you have golf cart or car there is secure parking.

The blinds are not black out so its pretty bright in the rooms, and the master bedroom has a full bed so you will be cozy. The master is upstairs and two bedrooms down stairs.

I would absolutely stay here again! Eric and his team were so helpful, organizing transport and finding us a pack and play so we didn't have to bring ours.

We booked a return civid test at the farmacia right across the street which was super helpful and convenient as well.

Beyond Impressed

This was an amazing home for our trip to Sayulita. It was a short walk to the main square and the beach, but far enough away to not have the late-night noise from bars, nightlife, etc. The pool and the terrace were lovely. I would definitely stay here again

Great condo; highly recommend!

Great condo, recommend, and would stay here again! Perfect location away from the loud plaza but a short walk to restaurants, beach, activity. Very nicely decorated with local & colorful artwork throughout. Accurate pictures - the only thing not as pictured is that the couch on rooftop wasn’t currently set up during our stay. Eric was very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped. Shared pool was nice for relaxing. A beach umbrella & two beach chairs were great to bring with us and set up at the beach for the day. Hope to return!
