Sol Agua Bungalow at Villa Karuna in Sayulita is located in one of the last remaining tropical jungles by the sea in Mexico, it sits high on a jungle ridge overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The beautiful, expansive view includes magnificent sunsets over the sea as well as an ongoing amazing bird watching opportunity.
Casa Sol Agua, is a secluded ridgetop romantic hideaway and is a 700 sq ft. bungalow style home. It features a king size bed, and a double bed, outstanding 360 degree views, a full kitchen, a large bathroom, is air-conditioned and sits on top of the world. It is perfect for 2-3 people. It is completely private (200 feet from the main house with its own garden) and it can be rented separately or used to house additional members of your family/party staying in the Main House.
Casa Sol Agua is located south of Sayulita's town plaza. Located on a 7 acre estate It is very private and gated. It is the perfect location at the edge of town, near enough to walk, drive or hop a taxi for all the great food, beach time, shopping and nightlife, but far enough to be away from all the hustle and bustle and party noise. It's perfect for your relaxing, private and peaceful vacation opportunity.
We also have a large, elegant 3 bedroom home available on the property - Villa Karuna or you can rent the whole property for a total of 4 bedrooms - Villa Karuna SolAgua

Casa Sol Agua: 1 Bedroom Bungalow SLEEPS 2+1
Nightly rate: (5 day minimum): $175 USD/night
Deposit: 50% of rental amount to reserve houses; balance to be paid 30 prior to arrival. Discounts for 1+ weeks.
Cancellation: Up to thirty days prior to occupancy deposit fully refunded. If you cancel after that you will receive a refund only if we are able to rent the property to another party.

We were surprised at how busy Sayulita is, so it was wonderful to have a place to escape to, with the beautiful gardens, and spacious rooms of Karuna.
We hiked to the beach down the hill almost every day we were there and loved the pool when we got back up the hill.
Eric, the property manager was very helpful and responded to emails right away.
Villa Karuna was was perfect for us!
Before getting to the villa, we stocked up on groceries, especially morning items like coffee and breakfast food to have something to eat before heading to the beach or into town. That's highly recommended.
The privacy at the villa is outstanding. You really do feel there is no one around. It's generally quiet, you rarely hear humans making noise. Highly recommended if the party atmosphere isn't your thing!
