Casita #6 at Casa Higuera in Sayulita is your destination for relaxing and enjoying Mexico’s rich cultural and natural beauty, and our beachfront properties provide the perfect accommodation to enjoy Sayulita’s window onto Mexican village life in a spectacular coastal setting. What sets The Casita #6 apart is it's beachfront location, gorgeous ocean views, spacious and attractive design, and exclusive southside location on Sayulita’s best hill overlooking the bay - just steps away from both beach and village. Our properties are built with traditional and contemporary Mexican architectural design elements – including palapas, Spanish arches, vaulted ceilings and hand-painted Mexican Talavera tile. They are attractively decorated with Mexican arts and crafts we have collected from all over Mexico. Casa Higuera is surrounded by tropical lushness on our private, landscaped hill that meanders right down to the beach. Guests also enjoy daily housekeeping service (except Sunday).

Casita #6 – One-bedroom spacious beachfront studios with ocean views. Sleep 2-3 guests.

Our casitas provide you with your own private, 800 sq. ft. apartment to enjoy your visit to Sayulita. Ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together, the casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio though a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. You can cook a full meal in your private kitchen and then dine al fresco on your large, private patio.

Once you enter through your own private entrance, you will find spacious patio terraces overlooking the ocean, a full kitchen, a studio-style bedroom with a king-sized bed, a living area (with a couch that doubles as a twin bed to accommodate an additional child or adult), patio-dining under a traditional palapa roof, private bath, and plenty of closet space. 

Casita #6 has a huge, private patio/garden - the largest of all our casitas. The view of the ocean for this casita is from the patio. 

Other amenities: A safe for valuables, free wi-fi, mosquito netting, floor fans and ceiling fan over bed, air conditioning, daily maid service (except Sunday)
