Note: For 1 to 14 days of storage, we charge half a month's fee.
After 14 days of storage, we charge the full monthly rate.

We booked a month or so in advance for a week. Upon arrival we got shuttled to the center which is just a 5 min drive from the airport. Upon arrival we sat down in the rental office and the lady working explained everything in clear English (they have lots of English speakers working there). The rental contract was just 1 page and one insurance was included in the cost of the rental.
The Toyota Yaris was clean, the alignment was good and the car before well. The drop off was as smooth as the pickup. The rental was also very reasonably priced.

Communication was excellent. My flight was delayed by almost 2 hours, which would have had me land past their closing time. They reached out to me and offered to park the car in the airport parking lot, or to reschedule my reservation. I requested for parking lot pickup and the process was easy and I was on my way soon after landing.
I also got a flat tire during my trip, and their emergency number support was top notch. Jose arrived quickly, changed my spare and took me to a tire repair shop nearby. The car was clean, reliable and in great condition.
I highly recommend them again for anyone traveling to the area. I sure will next time I visit Puerto Vallarta!
