The CUBY Aria wall devices installed in the casa turn the air conditioners on/off and are programmed to turn off the ACs if doors or windows are left open, or if there is no activity in the respective room for over an hour. Please be aware that motion sensors (NOT CAMERAS) in the bedrooms and living room are utilized to signal to the air conditioners to turn off after a certain amount of time, if no movement in the respective area is detected.
