Casa Verde at Las Cupulas in Sayulita is one of 3 villas on the Las Cupulas property that can be rented individually or all together. The enclosed landscaped compound is a peaceful and quiet oasis. Just a few minute walk to the town plaza or the main beach along village streets or a bouganvilla lined garden path. Very quiet neighborhood tucked off of the main streets, but close to everything. Nothing could be more relaxing, easier to get to, and more accommodating than beautiful Casa Verde in the friendly village of Sayulita. One bedroom is upstairs and the other downstairs, both have AC!

Casa Verde is modern and hip, has two bedrooms, two baths, and has a private outdoor shower in a lovely garden setting. Both bedrooms have AC, one is on the lower level and one upstairs. Surround yourself with a cool mix of modern and traditional architecture. Enjoy the beautifully crafted brick vaulted 'cupulas', subtle detailing, lush landscaping, private patio and lovely views. Please know that this property is located in a small town in Mexico, animal, music and construction noise can just happen.

Las Cupulas is great for groups of friends or families desiring an exclusive retreat with private individual units and a fantastic shared pool terrace with lounge, bbq, and outdoor dining and kitchen area. Fabulous place!

Very clean, lots of privacy from other two units, pool is lovely and the open air bedroom on top floor is fabulous! Kitchen is well equipped. Location could not be better - far enough away from downtown to be really peaceful yet only a 5m walk to the plaza and the beach.

Erik, Dora and the whole staff - Bernando (groundsman) and Daisy (housekeeping) were so attentive, friendly and lovely. Dora met us on arrival and made sure we knew all about our vacation home. The grounds and pool area are stunning and perfect for a quiet afternoon. Location is greatly situated- a 5 minute walk to the beach and less to the town square. Though there was a construction project next door, the noise was minimal and it was calming than staying right on the square with all the fun nightlife. Kitchens have basic cookware for fixing a little snack or breakfast. It was perfect to have the Weber grill for cooking meats and grilling veggies.

Perfectly located and such a sweet house. Dora walked us through the house and answered all our questions. She was an absolute delight. I highly recommend using the cab service they offer. Coming out of the airport was a little busy so it was so nice having a driver there ready to pick us up. They provided us with freshly filtered drinking water so I recommend bringing a reusable bottle with you. This house was overall perfect. I hope to come back soon!

The perfect place

This place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights so we really got the whole experience from this place. Casa verde was perfectly situated.. just a quick jaunt down a hill and you’re in the thick of it! And yet this location still offers privacy and quiet. We really adored the outdoor showers and impeccable landscaping and hanging by the pool.

You are connected to two other villas so it was a nice bonus to meet other travelers and yet you still felt completely quiet.
Thanks so much for having us Erik! Would for sure stay here again and again ❤️

Amazing !!!

Similar to other reviews, I had a lovely stay and everyone was very friendly and supportive at Las Cupulas. The grounds and apartments were kept very clean and they were maintained often during my week-long visit. As for the apartment location, I found it really nice to stay slightly away from the busy downtown area (which can get pretty loud in the afternoon/evenings) but to still be within a very short walking distance to everything such as stores/bars/restaurants and the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay, wonderful location

I really enjoyed my stay here. I especially loved the brick ceilings inside Casa Azul and I watched sunrise light up the sky every morning from the pool area. The property managers are responsive and accommodating, and the location is perfect--you can get to the main areas of Sayulita quickly, yet the property stays quiet.
