Welcome to Casa Compadres in Sayulita, a luxurious vacation villa located just a 3-minute walk from the rarely crowded north-end beach and “left” surf break. Offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean to the west during the day, spectacular sunsets in the evening and the serenity of swaying palm trees of the jungles and Monkey Mountain to the east.

This 3.5BR (.5 is a den with a bed)/4BA house is an ideal design for families or couples looking to enjoy an incredible Sayulita vacation. Acclaimed architect Jose Enrique del Valle designed Casa Compadres with both “form and function” in mind allowing for indoor/outdoor living, sweeping views, and ingenious architectural creativity.
Upon entering the antique-designed front door, guests are greeted by a magnificent open stairwell with three large hanging chandeliers, lighting the way to the two primary bedrooms on the top floor. Both air-conditioned bedrooms open up to an expansive terrace with fantastic ocean and village views.
From this floor, guests can continue up the staircase to the rooftop patio, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean, set up a workstation for your stay, or to sit and enjoy a margarita while watching the sunset at night. You may even catch a glimpse of the dolphins jumping and breeching whales in-season.
The kitchen, dining, and open-air living room make up the off-street level of Casa Compadres and are beautifully furnished with hand-selected artwork, lighting, and furnishings from throughout Mexico. In addition, a large digitally controlled refrigerator and stocked kitchen ensure guests have the option to create fabulous meals from ingredients purchased in the local markets.
The lower level offers a tropical oasis complete with a gorgeous pool with waterfall, lounge chairs, tropical plants and palm trees. A large garden area with a palapa provides a private escape to enjoy a book in the shade. Adjoining the pool area is the “Stone” bedroom appropriately named for the beautiful stonework wall. This bedroom also has a private marble-tiled bathroom with a unique indoor/outdoor shower.
Due to the location of Casa Compadres, a rental car is not necessary. Maid service is provided 2X/week.
A whole house water purification system is in use for your convenience.

I wanted to leave a comment on how wonderful your Sayulita home is, providing everyone in our party with the perfect holiday. We think about Mexico most every day, and cannot wait until the end of January. We booked two weeks this year. Casa Compradres is our ideal holiday home. For three couples, the rooms are quiet and private, the common areas are spacious and comfortable. The house is located just out of town - quiet, and yet just blocks from anything town provides. Perched at the base of the hill, we can view the ocean, and stroll the few blocks to the beach, or town, in minutes. We've had friends stay in town (too noisy), and further from town (too far, and sometimes too uphill), and realize that Casa Compadres has an ideal location. The house is kept clean and supplied by a friendly and respectful staff. Thank you for sharing your home again with us this year. We had a wonderful experience at your home! The location was perfect: close enough to walk to the center plaza and yet situated high up to maintain a gorgeous view! The backyard w/ the pool was the perfect respite when we wanted to chill in the sun and do nothing; the margarita terrace we used as the morning coffee and reading terrace. Every time I glanced out onto my bedroom's upper balcony--I felt the urge to pinch myself. Plus, we each could maintain our personal privacy, which was really important to us. 50% deposit upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $300 security deposit refunded 72 hours after check-out.
There is a $100 one-time cleaning fee in addition to the rental.
Cancellation policy - full refund less $150 cancellation fee IF house can be re-rented.
They also let us check in early because we were coming from another property and had to be out of there by 11:00. They sunset deck on the roof tops perfect for a cocktail before heading into town for dinner. It is a really lovely house!
