Casa Coco Jardin in Sayulita is a brand new spacious studio perfect for a couple or a lone traveler. This beautiful unit comes equipped with AC, a king-size bed, a full kitchen and bath, and an outdoor living room with a thatched palapa roof. It is a private garden unit perfect for Sayulita lovers! Located in the coveted North Beach neighborhood, Coco Jardin sits 100 feet above the beach – and has the stunning ocean views to prove it.
It takes approx. three minutes to walk to the beach, and a ten minute stroll to the main plaza. The house & studio include once weekly maid service, drinking water, wireless internet, wall safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. You'll find high quality bed linens, towels, and feather pillows in the bedroom. There is an enormous water holding tank, so there are never any concerns about running out of water when the town is having water pumping problems. As well there is an on-demand hot water system in place - so lots of hot water any time you need it. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.The property is owner managed and very secure.
Coco Jardin is one of three units on the property, which can be rented together to sleep 7 in 3 bedrooms and 3 baths—the perfect setup for 2 or 3 couples or a small family.

Three night minimum stay required for low season. Four night minimum stay required for high season. 5 nights minimum stay required for Holiday weeks.
High Season (Nov 15 - May 1): $130
Low Season (May 2- Nov 14): $100
Holiday (Christmas and Thanksgiving): $150

$40 damage insurance and $35 cleaning fee is charged for each reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, the owner will make every attempt to re-rent the unit(s) for reserved dates, in which case a refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees and/or commissions incurred by owner (including any fees for processing the refund to a credit card), minus a $50 (USD) administration fee. If any of the canceled days cannot be re-rented, the full booking amount for those days will be deducted from any refund due. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due. The owner may consider a credit towards a future stay at his/her discretion. Any security deposit already paid will be fully refunded.
