Excellent Property Management

We own Casa Kiki on the north end and have a considerable occupancy rate with Vrbo, Airbnb, and Sayulitalife. I interviewed several local Sayulita Property Managers before I selected Co-Host. Isaias Pravada is the owner and operator. He has demonstrated the professional skills and trust necessary to manage our property. "Isa" handles all guest communications, coordinates all guest needs, and provides for a number of guest services that helps to separate the Casa Kiki experience from other properties. His cleaning, pool, and landscaping maintenance staff are excellent. They are pro-active and thorough. All monthly expenses are accounted for. I receive a detailed excel sheet at the beginning of each month detailing each expense, the date, the exact cost of the service, and who performed the service. Receipts are maintained.

Casa Kiki receives excellent reviews. Isa is typically mentioned in every one of them. He is a difference maker.
