Casa Cascada was remodeled in 2023 with all new top of the line appliances, brand new kitchen, and island peninsula with 6 barstools gathered around, in addition to a circular dining table close by. New windows and doors with mosquito screens. Casa Cascada features upgraded bathrooms, bedrooms as well as a very grand and private enclosed back palapa great for yoga, massages or hanging with family and friends on the sectional sofa and chairs. The home offers three bedrooms with with A/C in all bedrooms, black out drapes, large bathrooms, and two private outdoor palapa areas, as well as local contemporary art on our walls; the beachfront compound has two swimming pools, lovely grounds and beachfront deck seating for viewing the sunsets.
Casa Cascada is located in a beach front community, less than five minutes walk to the nearest stores, two minute walk to nearest restaurants and less then 10 minutes to the center of town with no hills! Casa Cascada is also within walking distance to both of Sayulita’s surf breaks.
Casa Cascada offers three bedrooms and two full size bathrooms, each with double sinks and large showers. Our house sleeps up to seven people and is perfect for a family or a group traveling together. All door knobs have locking capabilities for privacy. We are one of the few houses with screens on windows and doors.
The master bedroom features an extra wide King size bed, and a private bath with a rock shower, double sinks and plenty of space which leads out to the back palapa. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and small daybed that can accomdate children up to 5 years old. The third bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed. Both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have access to the 2nd shared bathroom (Jack and Jill).
The house is well equipped for your Sayulita vacation with a large kitchen, bottled drinking water, a dining area, and a large comfortable living area that opens to the ocean breezes, a large (shared) swimming pool, and private outdoor shower and sitting area located on the property. Casa Cascada also has a beautiful and very private outdoor palapa area in the back. The front palapa is near the swimming pool which is convenient for watching the kids and being social. The 2nd swimming pool is a short 30 second meander through Los Delfines' lush gardens on the way to the beach. We offer beach chairs, beach towels, as well as daily maid/laundry service except on Sundays. Washer and dryer is located in a room off the kitchen, where our maid, Karoly can do all your laundry. Dont pack too much!

If Casa Cascada is unavailable for the dates you would like, we would be happy to refer you to other home owners in the association.
The house is usually for rent by the week, though special arrival and departure days might be available at times.
Reservation requires 50% of rent to save the week, full payment at least 2 months (60 days) prior to stay. Cancellation Policy: Refund if cancel before 60 days, no refund within 60 days of arrival unless we can rebook.
Daily maid service (except Sundays and Mexican holidays) is included in the price. Our maid greatly appreciates tips ($10-15 USD PER DAY stayed is appropriate).
Full Refund up to 60 prior to arrival. After 60 days no refund unless we can rebook.
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Wired funds or checks. PLEASE specify Friends and Family when using PayPal to avoid extra charges.
