Description

Casa Nido Nanzal in Sayulita is a modern 3-level home, architected in concrete, wood, and stone. Features include a saltwater heated infinity pool, one acre of paved tropical gardens and landscaped grounds, roof deck with hammocks and shade structure, three polished white cement and timber bathrooms and heated outdoor showers. Four air conditioned king bedrooms with floor to ceiling privacy curtains open onto the pool terrace.

Whether in the pool, lounging and dining inside or out, on the roof deck, or in the gardens, a wide range of options are available to you. The pool has a shallow area for children and overlooks the Sayulita surf break and surrounding hillsides. Shaded from the sun, relax around the pool on lounge recliners, day bed cushions, or at cafe table seating. The kitchen, dining, and main lounge level have WiFi and air-conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen features filtered water, dishwasher, a central island and outside breakfast bar with stools. 8-foot high doors link the exterior and interior space, and two shaded palapas bookend this level. The left palapa covers dining seats for 10 and includes a mobile BBQ, while the right extends interior lounge comforts under the beautifully crafted palapa structure.

Casa Nido's walkways invite you to explore the gardens, trees and cacti in the day, while the four large platforms behind the house are perfect for yoga, meditation or relaxing in the shade. The house roof deck offers expansive ocean views, spectacular sunsets, or views of the town lights at night.

*A 6-person golf cart is available for rent ( provided with two surfboards ). Outdoor parking for 5 cars or charging for 4 golf carts available for use. A private chef, staff and other in-house services can be arranged (massage, yoga, etc.). Maid services (daily except Sunday) and laundry machines provided.

Absolutely perfect!

Nido Nanzal is a gem of Sayulita. We were 2 families and the layout of the house was great for socializing and family quiet time. All the bedrooms open to the pool and the kids spent every minute they weren't at the beach swimming in the pool. The rooms are bright and airy and very comfortable. The house was exceedingly well maintained with daily cleanings and is situated on a hill with amazing views of the town, beach and jungle. The house is on a much larger lot than the surrounding houses and has well maintained pathways through the jungle to various platforms. We saw an abundance of bird life and a few iguanas. Theo and Tamra were always available and helped us arrange transportation and a home cooked meal. We loved our time at Nido Nanzal and hope to return soon!

If you're like me and obsess for weeks over the right spot to rent for your vacation stay--I'm about to save you so much time and anxiety. Just book this place already. It's the kind of home and rental experience that your family and friends will be talking about for years to come.

Nido Nanzal is a modern masterpiece of a property--that should be obvious from the photos (and they don't lie.) The rooms are so comfortable, the bathrooms are a dream for those who appreciate modern design, and the landscape/pool/yoga platforms just make this place burst with 'wow'.

Looking for a beach property? Well, obviously you won't be looking at Nido Nanzal. But even if you are, you might want to reconsider. I've stayed in town on the plaza and at properties right on the beach in past visits, and this place blows them all away. The golf cart makes it a whiz to zip into town and get up and down the hill. The hillside perch, surrounded by trees and birdlife, make this a zen oasis. I'm pissed I'm writing about it and not living the dream as I type these words!

To top things off, Tamra and Theo are two property management professionals that are on top of their game. They have everything covered and don't miss any of the details. One of the 5 (or 7?) hammocks split when I sat down in it and they replaced it within two hours.

Everything was amazing!

Casa Nido is nothing short of an extraordinary, five-star private retreat. Our group of two adults and five teens had the most unforgettable Christmas vacation imaginable. The villa feels like something straight out of a James Bond film — the kind of iconic compound you dream about visiting as a kid. With its countless outdoor spaces offering breathtaking views, it's nearly impossible to choose a favorite spot to relax. The design and layout are timeless, and the infinity-edge pool is especially captivating, offering a perfect view of Sayulita and the surfers below.

Theo and Tamara, who act as your personal concierges, are the ultimate hosts, always ready with insider tips about the town and the surrounding area. The home doesn't feel like a typical rental; instead, it feels as though you're the first guests to experience the warmth and luxury of a friend's private residence. Alecia, the cleaner who came daily but was always discreet, ensured the villa sparkled like a high-end resort.

One of the greatest luxuries of Casa Nido is its sheer privacy. The villa sits on an acre of lush tropical gardens and winding walkways, with several viewing decks scattered throughout. For our group, having a large suburban was made easy by the ample parking available right on the property. From the stunning views to the impeccable service, every detail of this home makes it feel like an exclusive, five-star sanctuary.

Unbelievably beautiful and beyond relaxing!

Our stay at Casa Nido Nanzal was one of the most amazing and unforgettable vacations we have ever had. The home is spectacular! The property is beautifully designed, with each room maximizing the stunning views. The layout is perfect for accommodating groups and offers plenty of spots to find a quiet place to read a book or take a nap in a hammock.

The highlight of our trip was spending our days in and around the infinity pool, surrounded by breathtaking views of Sayulita and the lush landscape. When we decided to venture down to town, getting there in a golf cart was quick and easy. Upon returning up the hill to the property, we felt completely immersed in our private oasis once again.

The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, with someone coming to clean every day. We made a quick stop at a grocery store for food, but otherwise, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, including jugs of purified water for drinking! The bathrooms are gorgeous, featuring amazing rainfall showerheads. The beds are very comfortable, and each room is equipped with air conditioning and fans for a good night’s sleep.

I could go on and on praising Casa Nido Nanzal, but even that wouldn’t fully convey the joy and relaxation I felt there. Trust me, don’t hesitate—book now! We will definitely book it again!

Highly Recommend

Our group was six adults. The place was great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook a dinner or two. The views were breathtaking. The pool is awesome. The beds were super comfy. It was a private location and we felt very secure. There are safes in every room for personal items. Theo was very helpful with setting up a shuttle from/to the airport, hooking us up with a golf cart, and giving us a tour of the property. Highly recommended!! 😎

Everything was amazing!

Casa Nido Nanzal was perfect from the start to the end. Theo met us onsite and explained everything in great detail, he was also available throughout our whole stay. The place is pristine and the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy. We felt at home and enjoyed the views, jungle, hills and most of the architecture of the house. Wonderful Family Vacation ~ Great location & vistas

So pleased we found Casa Nido Nanzal a truly special Villa. The pool, the views, and the support staff made for a wonderful family vacation for our 3 generations. Casa Nido Nanzal is spectacularly sited and well layout. You are surrounded by views of the sea and luscious gardens. A lot of extras come with the house - not the least of which is the house manager Theo, who helped us craft great experiences and was there for us as we mapped out our ever evolving plans. Our housekeeper was terrific and we availed ourselves of local cooks for a few meals. Loved the massages we had onsite We rented high power golf carts to get us to the town and the beach - the hill is daunting to do on a daily basis. We loved the Ally Cat experience and would recommend checking out the fishing and horseback riding all readily available though connections with Sayulita life. All of us want to come back soon.

Best Vacation Rental EVER

I have stayed in quite a few luxury Vacation Rentals in the past, and none have come close to this home in Sayulita. The views are incredible, the home is immaculately cleaned, the pool was perfect, and the design of the home was very unique and welcoming. Theo was so helpful in helping us organize golf cart rentals and a private chef (Daniel) to cook for us at the home. You definitely want to rent the golf cart, the home is on a rather steep hill. We walked it every once and a while, so it’s doable, but your stay would be more enjoyable with the golf cart as an option as well. Don’t hesitate, just book it.

Incredible Home, Views & Service

This place is amazing. We could not have asked for a better place for 3 couples to vacation. Tamra and Theo were great to work with. They helped us arrange meals, golf carts, transportation and a fishing expedition. They were always so prompt in responding. Would absolutely come back time and time again.
