It is completely private, as it is elevated off street level by 2 levels, and is fully gated around the home perimeter.
The lower level of the home offers a spacious open living and dining area, perfect for entertaining groups with family and friends. The living area leads out to a private yard that features a 25-meter lap pool with a brand new pool deck and lush tropical gardens, making it the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather.
The first floor bedroom provides convenient and easy access for guests or family members, while the two additional bedrooms on the second level each have their own private terrazzo overlooking the ocean and the yard below.
We're committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including a 2 ton air conditioning unit in every room AND the home's common areas, high-speed internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. The home also features a reverse osmosis water system, providing clean and safe drinking water right in from your kitchen. Fluent in Spanish and English!

Other things to note
There are 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The built-in couch on the first floor is the size of 2 twin single beds, and the built-in couch on the second floor also sleeps 2 singles, so please book for the correct number of people so that we can prepare the single beds. We also have 2 pack & plays for your little ones at the property.
The third bathroom is an outdoor bathroom, with a half bath by the laundry room, and a shower right by the pool.

A cancellation fee of one night will apply upon signing the rental agreement. If the reservation is cancelled between 90 to 60 days of the planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of 2 nights will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled between 60 to 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, the 50% deposit will be returned excluding a 3-night cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the planned arrival date will result in no refund of the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 3 days of the planned arrival date receive no refund.
ACH, Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App If you confirm your booking direct with Stripe here, the 6% card fee is charged back to you upon the collection of the remainder of the balance.
We lucked out with having Kimberly’s place open for one night and took advantage. The property was absolutely stunning and we felt so comfortable letting the dogs and kids roam around the backyard/pool area.
The host was so responsive and was even accommodating to let us drop our bags early, as well as come a bit sooner than the check in time. I really appreciated this as we were only there for a short time.
I did have a “oops” moment where I accidentally kept the garage door opener. The host was was extremely understanding and allowed our driver to return it back to them after taking us back to PV.
