Casa Brooks in Sayulita is a spectacular and private condo located across the street from the north beach on the sought-after North Side of magical Sayulita. This 2 level condo boasts over 2,500 square feet (232+ square meters) of living space and includes 3 full bedrooms; 1-4 guests get the third bedroom for free! As seen on TV!: Casa Brooks is featured on HGTV's show "Beachfront Bargain Hunt" (Episode "Hooked on Sayulita, Mexico"). Construction was completed in November 2016. The 3rd rooftop bedroom was added in 2018.

Additionally, the small MonteRosa community enjoys gated security, a grass tennis court and lush, manicured grounds with flowers and butterflies.
Location: Just a short 10 minute walk to the heart of Sayulita which has a multitude of great restaurants, cafes, shopping, surfing, yoga studios and nightlife. Casa Brooks is perfect for those who want to enjoy the unique culture and vibrant, colorful Sayulita life, but also wish to enjoy their privacy in a modern, quiet and relaxing refuge.
Sleep Well - Ample room for up to six. There are TWO master suites (one on each level) plus a 3rd Bedroom.
Main Level Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms across from each other. Master Suite 1 has a California King-sized bed and Smart TV with Wi-Fi. Bedroom 3 has a Queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has its own, full bathroom with showers.
Upper Level Bedroom: Head up the staircase in the living room to your own, private, enormous and luxurious patio with Master Suite 2 featuring a California KING-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a HUGE shower.
Each bedroom has their own, remote-controlled A/C unit, as does the living room. However, you'll hardly need to use them with the amazing ocean breezes and ceiling fans disbursed throughout the unit and on the terrace.
The Kitchen - The perfect combination of chic and rustic: a mixture of granite, concrete and wood. With large windows and sliding doors that step onto the terrace, this room gets some of the best natural Sayulita sunshine throughout the day. Included in the kitchen are upgraded, stainless steel appliances such as stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. Enjoy, crisp and cold filtered water from the kitchen sink, fridge and icemaker!
PLUS, Your Own Private Rooftop Cantina: Complete with wet bar, stove, fridge, gas grill with propane, pergola for some shade, large, dining table, lounge chairs and a HUGE, comfy sectional couch. PLUS the "million-dollar" views (see the pictures). Make margaritas or enjoy a cerveza as the sun sets.
Main Level Patio: Floor-to-ceiling windows with large, sliding pocket doors lead to the big main level patio for your "al fresco" meals, morning coffee and watching the surfers and whales. You can check out both the right and left surf break and see if the swell is breaking.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer in the unit (kindly use sparingly to protect local ecosystem).

Each of the TWO Master bedrooms has a California king bed and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.
50% deposit due at the time of reservation with the balance paid thirty days prior to arrival.
A four night minimum reservation is required during high season (Oct- Apr) and a five night minimum for holidays. We accept PayPal, Google Wallet, Venmo, Xoom, wire transfer or cashier's check.
To rent Casa Brooks for 1-4 guests (including children):
Holiday Rates: : Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Semana Santa and Easter.
High Season: Oct 1 - June 30. Low Season: July 1 - Sept 30.
Each additional guest beyond 4 is $50 each/night. Maximum 6 guests (including children). Please click HERE, if you are traveling with 5-6 guests.
CANCELLATIONS: CANCELLATIONS BY GUESTS – Written notice is required. If a cancellation is made 60 days in advance of your arrival date, your full deposit less a $50 cancellation fee (90 days for holiday rental). If a cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival your deposit will be retained (90 days for holiday rental). There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. CANCELLATIONS BY OWNERS – In the event that your hosts have to cancel your booking for any reason you will be notified as quickly as possible and refunded 100% of any amounts paid.
We prefer using PayPal (friends and family option), Venmo, Xoom, Zelle or Google Wallet. We can also accept checks or money orders mailed to our home address in Minnesota.
The grounds of Monte Rosa are beautifully kept, there’s a perfect size swimming pool on the property. There was a tennis court as well although we did not use it. The beach is across the street with access just down from the back access to the complex.
We absolutely loved Casa Brooks and are already talking about coming back next year. We fell in love with Sayulita!

The town and beach are awesome to explore. Nearly every place we ate at was fantastic and we barely scratched the surface, there’s probably 100 restaurants in the area. Renting a golf cart adds significantly to the entertainment, highly recommended. You can walk into town, but having a cart allows you to quickly get supplies when needed, and is a super fun way to explore the area.
We had them arrange our transportation, which I thought was worth it. The area is a bit confusing at first, so it was nice to have a driver that knew right where the driveway and entrance was. It’s a little more than an Uber from PVR but still quite reasonable.
Sayulita really is paradise, and hard to imagine a better place to enjoy it than here.
It is a little bit from the main areas of town and restaurants, so the golf cart rental to get around is key. We did go in the rainy season, so it did get muggy. That did make the condo at times a bit warm, especially the upstairs bedroom. The only knock on a great place.
Overall a really great condo.
