The architecturally designed main home offers 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It is surrounded by lush private gardens with vast views and sounds of the ocean from every room. The house is air conditioned and has ceiling fans. All 3 of the bedrooms offer our guests privacy with its own bathroom and terrace as well as screened windows and sliding doors. The master bedroom suite has an adjoining palapa sitting room as well as a master bath with a deep tub for two.
There is a separate casita, that is used as a 4th bedroom. The casita is surrounded by beautiful private gardens with views and sounds of the ocean. It has a comfortable king size pillow top bed with 100% high quality sheets and linens, kitchenette, a purified water system, wireless internet, a laptop size safe and a private deck.
Casa Brissa is decorated in a casual, tropical style. Rich colors, handcrafted carpentry, ironwork, local art, and artistic tile help create the ambiance for a perfectly relaxed vacation.The large open living space has a kitchen, eating, and entertaining area which extends out to the deck and infinity pool. Handcrafted folding doors and windows give you the luxury of having a completely open or closed environment.
The kitchen area provides you with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. This includes: a coffee maker, grinder, microwave, blender, toaster and refrigerator with icemaker. In addition, the entire house has a water purification system. If not in the mood to cook, let us arrange for an authentic Mexican chef to prepare a delicious home cooked meal for you.
Casa Brissa has a state of the art salt water infinity pool. The expansive view from the pool, of the ocean, mountains, and natural vegetation is magnificent. Exotic birds, humpback whales, fishing boats, and beautiful sunsets provide a perfect setting for the ultimate vacation. In addition to the deck area, there is a shady poolside pergola with comfortable seating.

CASA BRISSA WELCOMES CHILDREN. However, like many homes in Sayulita, there are low balconies and railings with openings. Special attention will be required for young children around the balconies, decks, and pool area.
Preferred weekly rental Saturday to Saturday (if house is not rented we will have some flexibility so please ask).
4 nights minimum stay.
Rental Policy: A 50% deposit of the total rent is due to secure the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival along with a $500 security deposit (which is returned within 2 weeks of your departure).
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
Cancellation of a reservation is needed 90 days prior to arrival date (120 days for Christmas and New Year). We will give a total refund on rental, less $100.00 USD transaction fee. After 90 days there will be no refund unless property can be rented. If rented we will give a total refund less $100.00 transaction fee. If you need to cancel due to COVID-19 please note you can reschedule anytime for a future date within ONE YEAR.
