Escondido Bar in Sayulita, which initially opened its doors in 2012, has just relocated to a dynamic new location on the North Side of Sayulita, where it offers a delightful view of the lively street Revolución.

This once undiscovered treasure is a favorite with both locals and tourists alike, and it has been ranked as one of the best bars in Sayulita by Culture Trip and other publications such as travelandleisure.

Escondido Bar is my favorite place morning & night! From the vibe to the amazing staff this bar has the best company and cocktails! Their morning menu is simple and perfect (The Caprese Toasties is sooo good) and their coffee is delicious. Highly recommend no matter what your mood is. Socialize or relax this spot is perfect for both.

Delicious drinks, good tunes, and cozy seating. Awesome spot to kick back, vibe, chill, people watch, or have a few tasty beverages before a night out on the town. The bartenders are super friendly and attentive. If you appreciate a quality craft cocktail, put Escondido Bar on your list. The margs are fire; OG, passion fruit, piña, or watermelon, you can’t go wrong.

Best Drinks Best Service!

A chill, fun bar with excellent bartenders! We came here on a quiet Monday night. Our bartender (Sophie ) was super helpful. She recommended some specific margarita flavors, which were all delicious! She also chatted with us about her life in sayulita and shared her recommendations for bars (which we found super helpful and used for several days) and made us feel very welcome! Recommend this spot for refreshing drinks in a central location.

Best Bar in Sayulita!

Escondido was hands down our favorite bar we experienced during our stay in Sayulita! The vibes are amazing - super cozy! The cocktails looked great but my fiancé and I asked the bartenders for a recco on Mezcal neat (that’s our play) and Lisandro recommended one of our new favorite Mezcals! Both Bernie and Lisandro are amazing. We can’t wait to return to Escondido during our next visit.

Cool urban feel

Great wine bar with personable bar staff! I hesitate to gush as I want to keep this place my little secret! Just off the plaza, they have attentive, with a sophisticated yet casual atmosphere. They serve tapas, wine and are starting with interesting infusions. It has a bright urban feel to it, a little different than what's been seen before.
