Casita Molusco at Casa Ballena is a newly built 1 bedroom one bath separate guest casita above the garage with separate entrance, that can accommodate two guests. The upscale, attached, but with separate entrance upstairs bungalow will sleep a couple - adults only please (no young children or teens). The modern design is exciting and convenient. It is completed with a mini-kitchen, a great bathroom, terrace with view, and space for enjoyment of the neighborhood.

Everything was amazing!

This was our first time booking private accommodations. Communication with Jean was always prompt and she went above and beyond with info on neighborhood & restaurants. We loved Sayulita and Casita Molusco. We will definitely return.

Had a lovely stay

The photos do not do this place justice. I really enjoyed my stay! It's the perfect location and beautiful garden for enjoying. I lost track of hours painting on the porch and can't wait to be back. Jean was a really great host - communication was consistent and I really appreciated her efforts to make my stay great! I was sad for my experience there to end so quickly. I could paint for days in that beautiful garden!"

Nice open space great patio can hear the ocean at night which was nice. a little ways up the hill if you struggle with uphill walks should get a golf cart. lots of parking and charging available for it

Perfect!

My daughter and I stayed in this wonderful little casita recently and it was just what we wanted. The unit was very clean, and was fully furnished with everything we needed.
A bit of a steep walk, but close to town.
The unit is also quite soundproofed compared to other places we've stayed in town, so noise was not an issue for us.. even with the local roosters, which was a pleasant surprise!

We arrived with very short notice but Jean and Concha went the extra mile to make it happen for us!

Would 100% stay here again.

mi estadia aqui estuvo excelente. A 5 min del centro y las playas, lugar tranquilo y super seguro. Definitivamente recomendable! My stay here was excellent. 5 minutes from the center and the beaches, quiet and super safe place. Definitely recommended!

Perfect Location

We just spent (3) nights at Casa Ballena...it was very last minute. Thankfully, Jean was able to accommodate us.

The house was very clean with everything you need. Loved the outdoor shower! Jean was very helpful and easy to deal with. We do travel to Sayulita often and will definitely stay here again.

Nice location

Casita Molusco at Casa Ballena is very pretty and well kept. The grounds were lovely and the house is clean and new. The location is pretty, above the town in the trees.
