Ancora in Punta de Mita, 20 minutes south of Sayulita, is conveniently located in the heart of Punta de Mita, right in front of a marina where all the tours to Islas Marietas, surfing, fishing, or whale watching depart. You can easily walk or ride a golf cart around the town and enjoy a soccer or basketball game with locals, and many other activities in the local sports center. Visit the most popular restaurants in the area that are within walking distance from Ancora or enjoy authentic Mexican food and snacks in the town.
We offer 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, *pricing will vary, see pricing details* All units are oceanfront and include a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer machine. You will definitely love the view from our rooftop pool exclusive for guests. Additionally, all units can be accessed via elevator, allowing for easy access.
On site you will find: ATM machine, Ripcurl shop, Cafe (starting in October), Texas BBQ restaurant, and a Steak House & Bar on our rooftop. All these shops are run by a third party but are in the building to offer our guests and the public a great service while being in Punta de Mita.

Payments are refundable if reservation cancellation takes place 60 days PRIOR to arrival.
50 percent of payment is refundable if cancellation occurs from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival, cancellations are not refundable.
Reservations on hollidays are non-refundable (Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas week and New year's week and the week before and after Easter)
The views are incredible and the consumption centers are exquisite with delicious food and drinks, especially with great staff to make your stay more enjoyable and so that you can dedicate yourself to enjoying your stay.
