Anclara Luxury Apartment #3 in Sayulita is a fully equipped apartment located just 2 blocks from the beach and the plaza. Located inside a tower of 6 apartments, it has a private pool for guests and private covered parking. This incredible new apartment has 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Anclara Luxury Apartment #3 has a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, Netflix, amazon prime, air conditioners, and fans in all rooms. The Rooftop Terrace is a shared area with a pool and sun loungers. The Wifi is high speed but it should be kept in mind that Sayulita is a small pueblo so it is not always 100% reliable. Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this spacious, family-friendly, quiet and central apartment.

Would stay again!

The apartment is perfect for those who want to be close to the center of town, but have some privacy and peacefulness. Rooftop pool is a great feature, and they are in the process of completing a brand new palapa on the roof. Apartment has everything you need and is super comfortable.

AMAZING!!!

We loved staying here! it was close enough to town, but far enough that you didn't hear the noise. The place was clean and had everything you needed. The host was super responsive, thank you for a wonderful stay!

No words! This place is amazing

A friend and I stayed in this apartment for a month. We loved the neighborhood so much and found it to be pretty quiet at night but still so close to town. I was working remotely as a therapist and because I needed a private place to work Arantza had a table and chair brought in for me. In the first week I was having trouble with my back so they moved a more supportive couch into our apartment. That kind of service is unheard of in many rentals. Every time I reached about anything Arantza was happy to help. The staff in the building keeps everything tidy and they are all super friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the first floor which was nice at the end of a long day of walking but I always threw on my swimsuit to climb two more flights to the lovely rooftop pool. I spent a lot of time on the roof enjoying the views and the lovely pool. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful our stay here was.

The property is as advertised, Spotless , large and everything works. I'd say nicer than the photos and a perfect value. We rented a golf cart but getting to town, beach etc was easy enough without. Property was very safe and felt secure and brand new.
We would stay here again no doubt.
One caution... we traveled as a family and the three bedrooms were close together so 'intimate' time was a bit tamer as the kids were within earshot. One great benefit is being literally one minute walk from YahYah Cafe which is the best cafe/breakfast spot in town.

Amazing experience

Arantza was an awesome host. She was attentive, met all our needs and a perfect communicator. The location is super accessible to town and the beach yet not too loud. The place was spacious and well equipped. Two of the interior bedrooms are dark which is actually nice for sleeping.

Great vacation

Great location right in front of YahYah!! The apartment had a lovely rooftop with an amazing view of the city and ocean. The place had strong WIFI (I worked from there) + the kitchen was awesome!

There weren’t many clean towels and the host didn’t have more to give us.

If you are worried about the distance walking into town — don’t be at all!
