Anclara Luxury Apartment #2 in Sayulita is a fully equipped apartment located just 2 blocks from the beach and the main plaza. Located inside a tower of 6 apartments, it has a private pool for guests and private covered parking. This incredible new apartment has 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first with a king-size bed and bathroom with a dressing room. The second with 2 individual beds and a trundle bed. The third bedroom has a double bed.

Anclara Apartment #2 has a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, Netflix, amazon prime, air conditioners, and fans in all rooms. The Rooftop terrace is a common area with a pool and sun loungers that is shared with other guests of the building. The Wifi is high speed but it should be kept in mind that Sayulita is a small pueblo so it is not always 100% reliable. Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this spacious, family-friendly, quiet and central apartment.

Everything was perfect!

A perfect location right in the heart of Sayulita! It was quiet, spacious and looked just like the photos. Arantza was super responsive and helpful with any questions we asked. I'd would absolutely stay here again!

The location here is absolutely perfect! Walking distance to absolutely everything you need. Walk down the hill to the square and have breakfast at El Espresso Cafe (yellow building) and you won’t be disappointed.
The space is exactly like the pictures, and the rooftop, although basic, is surrounded by beautiful scenery. I will without a doubt book here again!

This was a cute little condo within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, the beach, and downtown! The pool also has a lovely view of the town! Arantza was very responsive to any questions/requests we had during our stay and overall a lovely host! I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Sayulita!

Can't wait to come back!

Had an amazing 3 night stay at Arantza’s lovely apartment! Was a gorgeous newer build, located steps away from our favourite cafe, “Yah-Yah”. Just far enough outside of town so that we couldn’t hear the night life, but yet still minutes to the main square. Arantza was very flexible with our accommodation & I was very grateful for her being able to adjust. Would definitely recommend this place for a group, hope to visit again!

Highly Recommend

Spacious apartment right in Sayulita downtown but not too close to the clubs to hear too much noise. There's a really nice rooftop with a pool and a big kitchen with all the things you might need to cook or make smoothies in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and there's Netflix on the TV. Made for a great home base in January 2023!

The property is as advertised, Spotless , large and everything works. I'd say nicer than the photos and a perfect value. We rented a golf cart but getting to town, beach etc was easy enough without. Property was very safe and felt secure and brand new.
We would stay here again no doubt.
One caution... we traveled as a family and the three bedrooms were close together so 'intimate' time was a bit tamer as the kids were within earshot. One great benefit is being literally one minute walk from YahYah Cafe which is the best cafe/breakfast spot in town.

Amazing experience

Arantza was an awesome host. She was attentive, met all our needs and a perfect communicator. The location is super accessible to town and the beach yet not too loud. The place was spacious and well equipped. Two of the interior bedrooms are dark which is actually nice for sleeping.

Great vacation

Great location right in front of YahYah!! The apartment had a lovely rooftop with an amazing view of the city and ocean. The place had strong WIFI (I worked from there) + the kitchen was awesome!

There weren’t many clean towels and the host didn’t have more to give us.

If you are worried about the distance walking into town — don’t be at all!
