Scam!

This ambulance service targets tourists and scams people by charging exorbitant fees. Do not use their service unless you want to be on the hook for thousands if not tens of thousands of USD. One of the 5 star reviews was left by the guy who runs the St Luke's Hospital scam in Los Cabos and Sayulita. What an absolute joke! Also take a look at the 1 star ratings for St Luke's Hospital on Google Maps - that's who you're dealing with here.

Horrible! Avoid at all costs

This ambulance service is operated by St Luke's Hospital. Just read the 1 star Google Maps reviews about the hospital. Their ambulance service is no better. They target tourists and will bring you to one of their scam clinics and hospitals in the area. You will be charged horrendously inflated prices. If you need an ambulance, call the Cruz Roja. They will not charge you for their services.

Scam - avoid at all costs

This "service" tries to trick unwitting tourists into an unnecessary ambulance ride to a fly-by-night hospital charging exorbitant amounts for even minor procedures. A friend paid nearly 10,000 MXN for _stitches_.

New nice ambulance company in Sayulita

Hopefully you won't need him but Augustin is an American trained EMT with an ambulance and he's based in Sayulita. He's very kind and speaks perfect English. If you need an ambulance, you don't want to wait for the hospital in Nuevo Vallarta to send one to you.
