Daniel (Owner/Manager)

Graduate of the Career of Tourism Business Administration.  He is a local, passionate gastronomer born in Puerto Vallarta who started his career in 2004 at one of the best hotels in Nuevo Vallarta. He progressed with years and worked for renowned 5 star hotels in the exclusive Punta De Mita region and its surroundings  before heading north to bring his professionalism and experience to the laid back and wonderful town of Sayulita.

Experience the varied tasting menu provided by Daniel and his team, and you will know that you have made the right decision in your experience of local cuisine and hospitality, with a vast experience in international gastronomy, passion when talking about food, professionalism in execution - Daniels love & life long vocation to serve shine through in every moment.

Cesar (Consultant Chef)

Originally from Puerto Vallarta Jalisco Mexico, with over 18 years of experience  in the kitchen, Chef Cesar’s culinary career includes top restaurants such as Café de Artistes in Puerto Vallarta, renowned Hotels in Riviera Nayarit & recently passing through Punta Mita, working at one of the most exclusive Resorts of Latin America.

Cesar is truly a professional, with a vocation to serve, and a perfectionist when executing events, we are sure  that your love ones will talk about the flavors of his creations for months.

Among his favorite ingredients are heirloom tomatoes & herbs from the garden, as well as playing with fish from the region, his love for the kitchen  make him raise fresh ingredients to a sublime level of flavor and presentation.

Jorge (Consultant Mixologist)

Born in Guadalajara and currently the brand ambassador of the tequila Patron for all Mexico, Jorge started his career in Puerto Vallarta when he was very young, his talent quickly made him escale behind the bars, and that talent took him to riviera Nayarit in 2012 to work in the Exclusive high end complex of Punta de Mita, where he was for years the Head Mixologist of one of the most exclusive resorts.

Jorge has travel to LA, NY & Europe to meet the best bars and Mixologist seeking for knowledge, he is now a contestant for being the best Mixologist in the pacific Mexican, rest assure that he will provide the best experience and warmest service when serving your Handcrafted cocktails at your event.
