Perfectly located, Zimzala is just steps from the main Sayulita beach and just a few minutes walking to the Sayulita Plaza, restaurants, shopping, and everything else Sayulita has to offer.
Zimzala's architecture is modern, fresh, and affords wonderful views of the ocean from the terrace, living room, and master suite. With 2 bedrooms and a converted den 3rd bedroom, the unit sleeps 6 people with ease. The Zimzala unit is nested directly above the pool just a short flight of stairs to the infinity ocean-view pool level.
Playa Iguana consists of Zimzala and only 5 other condos sharing beachfront access, an ocean view infinity pool with a waterfall, a large lounge, a poolside kitchen, and a garage parking area for golf carts only (1 cart space per unit). Ride a converted VW van funicular up the 3 levels from street entry. Playa Iguana has a night-time security guard 7pm to 7am as well as security cameras and gated property.

If cancellation of rental reservation is requested by Renter up to 60 days before rental arrival date then the total amount of the rental will be returned minus $150 USD transaction fee. If cancellation is requested after 60 days before arrival date then NO money will be returned unless the property can be re-rented for this period. There will be a transaction fee of $150 USD assessed from total amount refunded.
We also accept Credit Cards! For credit cards or Paypal, add 4% processing fee.
