The Villa Zafiros Estate consists of two adjacent private properties; Villa Zafiros (3 bedrooms) and Casa Joyero (3 bedrooms). Each home has a unique and separate layout beautifully designed and tastefully decorated.

Villa Zafiros was dreamt up in the summer of 2013 with the help of an award winning architect and his amazing crew of craftsmen. Six months later our dream came alive. Once a surfer’s hangout,Villa Zafiros now consists of four spectacular levels, each designed with every detail in mind.
The property is secured by a large entrance gate which leads to an inviting outdoor garden lounge equipped with locally crafted seating, ceiling fans, ambient lighting,a fully equipped bar and a private bathroom. Climb the winding staircase to the second floor where you'll find a heated pool, pool terrace and stunning views. A 100 year old fig provides natural shade when you need a break from the sun. Walk across our bridge suspended 11 feet up and walk onto the spacious and inviting grill and dining area with plenty of room for relaxing on our twin lounge while surrounded by beautiful flowers and a wonderful view of the ocean.
As you step onto the third level you'll enter onto a balcony with views of the pool, ocean, jungle and town with a constant fresh ocean breeze. Find two beautifully decorated, air conditioned queen guest rooms with a bathroom adjoining the two rooms. Outside the bedrooms is where you'll find a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a custom wooden dining table that can seat up to 8 people. Private,serene and perfectly appointed, you will enjoy dining in the jungle while watching the sunset over Punta Sayulita.
Climb the steps t0 the fourth level and you'll find a massive master suite,bedroom that lives as a glass box perched above high above the village with stunning 360 degree views.Private and designed to meet your every need. Invite your friends and guests up for morning or evening gatherings with your private fountain, plenty of chairs and lounges for them as well. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with a stocked bar perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, terrace seating, luxurious king size bed and private bathroom - this is a 5-Star tree house.
Casa Joyero - In 2015 we purchased the land directly below and adjacent to Villa Zafiros and began developing it from the ground up with our same award winning architect.
Casa Joyero is an absolute treasure and was designed with options in mind for groups traveling together. It consists of a fabulous 1 bedroom single story studio and a totally private 2 bedroom single story casita, all with custom wrought iron, handmade tiles, open air kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi. The casita bedrooms each offer private patios, outdoor showers, fountains and gardens. The casita offers an open air dining/kitchen area with a table that can seat 10 or more.

We politely restrict rental considerations to couples, adult parties (maximum of 12 people, 6 in each property) and families with well behaved children. Sorry, no smoking or pets are ever allowed. NOTE: We prefer rental periods of at least 4 days but will consider 3 or more under certain dates. Rental terms longer than 30 days may have discounts applied other than HOLIDAY. Signed rental contract required before arrival. Write with other questions!

NOTE: We are flexible regarding cancellation if it relates to Covid.
30 day cancellation in full, other than a retained $350 managment fee. 30 to 15 day cancellation prior to arrival 50%. Please write to discuss further. In 2020 when Covid hit, we had 9 cancellations and regardless of their fees, we returned 100% of their funds.
Pricing does not include the following: a final cleaning fee on length of stay depending on how many guests ($250 to $350) heated pool fee ($175 per 7 day or fewer stay) Mexico energy fee: ($150) high season, 7 days or less, summer $250 7 days or less, 30 days or more, $750 energy deposit required. administrative fee ($350.00) every guest over 8 ($50 per night per guest). Contract required for rental with exact guest count showing . Please write for more information. Refundable deposit of $500 to $1,000 required depending on size of group. Note: We cannot hold dates without deposit. We gladly accept Venmo (typically no fee) Zell, ,PayPal, Square (credit card), bank to bank transfer as well. Pricing is based on up to 10 total guests but we invite smaller groups or families to inquire as well. We can handle up to 12 if needed but must discuss first. Every guest over 8 will be an additional $50.00 per guest per night. Stated Prices subject to change if dates are more than 30 days out until booked.
