Description

Villa Pargo in Sayulita is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the top floor of a duplex. Situated on the calm, peaceful north side of Sayulita you are just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre of town where you'll find many restaurants, shops and lively nightlife.

Villa Pargo is far enough away to escape the noise of town but offers easy access to everything. No hills, no problem!

The Space
Both bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed with comfy foam mattress, full bathroom, AC and safe
A large fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining table
Large balcony to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or evening breeze
Separate Desk/Workspace area
All the water is filtered and drinkable!

Wifi
Strong and reliable fibre optic wifi internet access. Perfect for working remotely.

Kids
There are no special security measures for children, however, children are most welcome. If you have any special needs regarding them, feel free to ask.

Last but not least: Villa Pargo welcomes all and is LGBTQ+ friendly. Please respect and feel welcome.

Other things to note
Sayulita is a growing town! Unfortunately, there may be some construction noise during the daytime. Generally, evenings and nights are very quiet.

Beautiful Oasis in Bustling Sayulita

Nestled on the Northside of Sayulita, Villa Pargo provides a peaceful and inviting two-bedroom apartment with a private balcony. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, this beautifully decorated space features a sleek minimal-chic design. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for cooking and entertaining, while a spacious desk near the front door makes it ideal for remote work. Tracy was exceptionally responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

North Side Gem

Stayed at Villa Pargo for a little over 2 weeks and have absolutely no complaints. Perfect locations, incredibly hospitable hosts and fully accommodating space, not to mention a sweet car Oscar who came to say hi every morning and evening (because we called him over haha). We were a family of 3 who stayed here quite comfortably. 10/10

Great Place!

Tracy and Jim have a wonderful place in a great location. It’s easily walkable to town and to the beach. We stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves there, Tracy was super responsive with everything- she even let us do laundry a few times in her unit which was incredible kind and helpful. The WiFi was strong for me to work remotely and take video calls. We would absolutely stay here again !

Great Home, Great Host!

Calm and peaceful space, away from any loud parties. Super walkable to the beach and the main part of town (< 10 min walk). Great restaurants nearby within 5 min walk. Tracy is extremely kind and responsive! Would recommend :)

A great place to stay!

A wonderful place to stay. A short walk to the center of things, and just far enough to feel like you have a peaceful retreat. The walk to town and the beach was lovely, and the provided beach umbrella made our time at the beach even better--just one example of the many thoughtful touches. The balcony was wonderful to spend the morning and evening on, and the space itself is very clean and very relaxing. Tracy was so kind with her thoughtful and prompt responses to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all!
