Description

Villa Oleandra is part of the intimate the Los Almendros Complex on the quiet north side of Sayulita. Five small traditional buildings border the large heated pool which families return to again and again for their kids and selves. This beautiful property is surrounded by lush gardens and jungle with the pool as the central feature, and is located only three blocks from the desirable Northend of Sayulita Beach.

The Space
This beautiful, unique, Mexico-style condo is a family-friendly home away from home and offers every amenity for the best vacation: Two large bedrooms; two bathrooms with double sinks; back patio with hammock; side patio with chairs to lounge; and the most-used large private dining balcony overlooking the heated pool. It's all the "television" you'll need, hanging in the balcony watching the kids and people chat and sun and swim!

Master Bedroom with king and private side patio and back porch open for the ultimate relaxation.

The Secondary Bedroom includes three single beds, or a king and a single to accomadate all your guests.

Villa Oleandra is an easy five minute flat walk to a dozen great restaurants, ice cream and taco stands. Two of the best yoga places in town: Hotelito Los Suenos and The Rose Room. And ten minutes total to the heart of Sayulita and its central plaza. You will want to stay forever!

A slice of paradise

We have loved our visits to Villa Oleandra. It is a quiet retreat from the hustle of Sayulita and the pool is the best in town for families. The condo itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. The living area was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy and had plenty of storage space. The location is ideal—close enough to restaurants, shops, and attractions but far enough from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I can’t recommend this condo enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful beach vacation.

Absolutely Loved this stay......so charming!

Loved the décor, really left like I was in Mexico; with the beautiful art work, bright colours and authentic designs of Mexico. Loved the open air balcony over looking the pool, which was super clean and warm. Staff was great, so friendly. Had everything we needed. Easy access to many shops & restaurants in the North Side and easy 10 min walk into town centre.
Would definitely recommend this stay.

Highly Recommend

This was such a peaceful and relaxing spot to vacation. Close to the beach and close to town, but very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had all them amenities needed for cooking, beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony, pool, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. Every day, I noticed another piece of art that I loved in the home. Hosts were very friendly and responsive; the place felt very well-loved and welcoming.

Highly Recommend

By mid-July our family was ready for a vacation! We live in LA so we wanted to get away from the busy city and go somewhere a little (or a lot) more laid back. Villa Oleandra at Los Almedros was just what we were looking for! I wish I had more photos, but we were just busy having fun and relaxing! The location was perfect, where we could walk to town and walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and got in it every night after our day's activities. The staff at Los Almedros were so friendly and helpful. We love having our own kitchen so we don't have to worry about where to go for dinner after a long day out. The Kitchen had everything you could possibly need: pots and pans, cutting boards, and even a single person blender to make frozen coffee in the morning! It included pantry essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil and soap and dishwasher detergent. We also received tips from the owners before arriving on where to buy groceries on our way into town. The unit has laundry and provides laundry detergent, so we could pack less! We loved how convenient the location was to the bustling town of Sayulita, but also tucked away enough so it was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend staying at Villa Oleandra at Los Almedros, for your next vacation. We are already ready to go back!

Lovely Place

This condo is a great stay! The hosts have designed a beautiful colorful home. The layout is great for groups and the bathrooms are large. The location is a short 10min walk from centro (bars, restaurants, clubs). Host was helpful in proving tips on getting to Sayulita from PV (we ended up using air-go), where to get groceries, and ATMs. Sayulita is such a magical little town and the beaches are great. Enjoy!

Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful with a great location. Host was always helpful and offered great recommendations even prior to arrival. The on-site front desk personnel were kind and always helpful. Included Maid service was nice every other day. The balcony over the pool was our favorite spot besides the close beach. We’d definitely go back.

Everything was perfect!

We had a lovely stay at the condo! Stacey and her sister were wonderful hosts and provided us with all the information we needed. We loved playing cards on balcony and enjoying beautiful Sayulita. The condo is awesome and looked even better in person 10/10 recommend!

The condo complex is great! On the North-side so it’s quiet and mellow. Off the ‘main’ road, You drive a couple blocks up a cobblestone road and there it is. (I definitely recommend renting a golf cart, which the rental companies can deliver if requested) A front reception booth is where you check in and they are very helpful. (and security is there at night so it feels very safe) The heated pool is fantastic and has lounges and chairs around. A large palapa area next to the pool provides shade and adjacent bathrooms are super convenient. There are plugs along the perimeter wall to charge your golf cart at night (be sure to ask the cart rental place for an extension cord, which they will provide) Stacey’s place has a nice open living room with open kitchen with all the amenities. Great balcony. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and even beach umbrellas and boogie board in the closet. Just like the pics! Highly recommend!!
