Description

Villa Encanto in Sayulita is truly a magical place located on the north end of Sayulita in the small gated community of Colina La Iguana. The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. This home features stunning views, a roof deck, private pool, parking and 6 days a week maid service. Sayulita beaches and town can be accessed by foot or golf cart. A full concierge service in included to make your stay easy and relaxing!

The Space

Very large 4,000 square foot villa with a private pool, multiple patios, a modern and well-stocked kitchen with dining area, a large great room, four ensuite bedrooms with private terraces and a huge rooftop palapa. This home is located in a private gated community and includes private parking.

Guest Access

You will have complete private access to the villa while our guest. The community is gated and has private security.

Other Things To Note

Villa Encanto is only a 5 minute walk (two blocks) to the north side beach and a 15 minute walk to the center of town. Golf carts, the preferred method of transportation, are available for rent.

We had such a great stay!

My whole group(8 of us) thought the rental was better then expected. The views were incredible and the pool was so refreshing. The top floor with the BBQ is super scenic.
Like in earlier reviews, having a golf cart or two is a must have. A little rustic getting to the home from the cobblestone roads but it adds to the charm and adventure.
We felt safe and our belongings felt secure the whole trip.

All in all amazing!

8 of us stayed at Theresa's place for a wedding in town. It was perfect with 4 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The pool was great to lounge during the day and views are amazing from the house and pool. We rented 3 golf carts and it is a must - it's only a 10-15 minute walk to town but its a very bumpy dirt road that would not have been pleasant if you plan to bop around throughout the day.
Esteban was the house manager that checked us in and helped us throughout the stay - he was very accommodating and great to work with.

This villa really does have a great location away from town and with fantastic views. We enjoyed our stay and made good use of all the facilities in the villa, including the barbecue deck. We always felt safe too since it is in a gated community.

Spectacular in every way

Everything you need!

The house is beautiful and has everything you need! I enjoyed spending time by the pool and on the various decks viewing the ocean and sunsets. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I 100% highly recommend!

Amazing view 💗

While parking is a little luck luster if you have more than one vehicle, and the plumbing is hit or miss, waking up every morning to that view makes everything worth it! The photos don't do it justice, truly breathtaking.

Would stay here again!

This place is sooooo much more stunning than the photos show!! The view is unbelievable and the rooms super cute. Golf carts are a non negotiable so add 45/day/golf cart to the price total. Would defs stay here again!

Great Home, Great Host

Had a wonderful time at the home. The place is extremely beautiful with ocean and sunsets views. Gated community added extra security. Maid came every day which was a very nice added bonus. Lina was very helpful in setting up airport transport and golf carts to rent. Host was always very responsive within a few minutes. We are going to miss this place!!
