Casa Suerte in Sayulita combines the ease of close proximity to the beach and village with the privacy of a vacation retreat. Located a few houses above the town square, in the heart of Sayulita, it offers spectacular views of the ocean and village from every level.  The beach is an easy 2 1/2 block stroll, and cafes, restaurants and stores are just a stone's throw away.

Casa Suerte's unique architectural style complements the Mexican village experience. Designed and constructed by the acclaimed architect Jose Enrique del Valle, Casa Suerte combines light, art, views, and functionality.  Hand-crafted copper faucets, lighted alcoves, sculpted counters, tiled floors and intricate rock work are some of the house's many delightful features.   In addition, surrounded by Mexican families, you will enjoy the wonderful, friendly flavor of the village.

Level 1:  A staircase off the parking area leads to Level 1 -- a small, sweet self-sufficient studio for those needing a place to sleep/rest but plan on spending most of their time exploring and on the beach. It includes a queen bed, kitchenette and full bathroom.  There's a partial ocean view and no deck. It's ideal to add to Level 2 or 3 as a second bedroom, or as a stand alone unit for someone who wants something small and simple.  This level has access to the rooftop terrace with spectacular ocean views. Rents from $50 - $65/night.  Has AC, fans.   NOTE:  Please contact us if you are interested in renting this small studio level even if the calendar shows blocked; it is often open when the other two main units are reserved.

Main House:  Level 2 and 3 studios have great ocean views--and Level 4's rooftop terrace's views are simply stunning.  A spiral staircase connects the separate levels, and also allows for privacy on each level. Each level has its own secure gate, and is ideal for a couple and/or a small family.

Level 2:  This lovely ocean view apartment studio has the largest floor plan.  It includes a comfortable King bed (with ocean view), reading chairs, closet, and full kitchen in an open floor plan.  A pull out couch can be used as a second bed, and a chair can be pulled out as a cot for a small child.  French doors lead to a small garden and bathroomwith a soothing water feature.  The side facing the ocean has expansive french doors that open out onto a spacious outdoor patio with a dining table overlooking the village and ocean. The stocked kitchen has all the basics (utensils, pots, pans, dishes, gas cooking stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, filtered water). The room has A/C, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.

Level 3:  This fantastic ocean view studio is very light and airy, and feels like a master suite.  It includes a king bed, small kitchenette, bathroom, and closet.  The room's view terrace overlooks the ocean and village, and one can see the ocean from the bed.  The other side of the room opens onto a peaceful, lush garden patio with a water feature and patio set.  The unit has comfortable reading chairs, small tv and dvd player, ceiling fans, and A/C.  The kitchenette is equipped with a full fridge, hot plate, microwave, small sink, coffee pot, pots/pans, and dishes.  Includes Wi-Fi.

Level 4:  The top level is our rooftop patio with 360 degree views, chaise lounges, outdoor couch, and laundry facilities.   The views are simply stunning.  The rooftop patio is available to all guests. 

Rental of the whole house is ideal for families and friends who need extra sleeping options.  Rental of a studio level is ideal for a couple.

Though the cobble stoned gated garage on the ground level provides for secure parking, a car is not necessary, as the house is a 2 to 3-minute walk from all that Sayulita has to offer.  The beach is literally out the front door and a short two block stroll down the cobblestone street.  Wireless Internet is available at the house.
