Penthouse amenities include: 2 ACs, Cable TV, CD, DVD, SAFE, purified water, beach shower, grill and use of garden, surfboard storage on the balcony or beside the house, golf cart charging station, parking in front or on the side or can ask if car port for parking is available. Beach towels, chairs, cooler bag, umbrella, boogie boards.
It is 1000 square feet and covers the top floor with 2 huge terraces. Comfortable wide rooms with high ceilings, views, airy w/lots of space. Above the world, but steps to everything in the village and the beach. A place to unwind and relax. A home with vacation flair, well designed with vibrant traditional Mexican colors and decor
The rooms: The bedroom is large with queen size bed, AC, fans, double pane windows and screens, entrances to both terraces. The living room sleeps two more, is spacious, has 2,000 btu AC, TV, lounging area, dining table with view, open floor plan to kitchen, doors to both terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with large appliances. Bathroom is fully tiled with extra large custom shower.
Two large terraces: with sweeping views, hammock, lounge chairs, dining tables, palapas with fans and lights. Guests love relaxing on terraces for hours, day and night, dining, socializing, reading, daydreaming, napping.
We provide: Housekeeping and good manager. Assistance with finding transportation from airport, or a cook (though might not need one as best restaurants all around you and some deliver), child care or touring. Welcome email to help prepare. We use international hospitality santitation standard protocols.

Penthouse 4 pers limit with possible toddler. Has 1 queen bed in bedroom and 2 beds in double size living room.
Cancellation:
On short-term bookings less than month: Full refund if cancellation is 30 days prior. 50% if cancellation is between 15-30 days prior.
On longer-term bookings of month or more: full refund if cancellation is 60 days prior. 50% refund if cancellation is between 30-60 days prior to arrival (special circumstances considered--contact owner.)
Bank cards and credit cards work with Paypal. You don’t have to belong to Paypal. When you are ready to book, we arrange for Paypal email to send you an email requesting payment. You follow the prompts and submit. Paypal and I confirm payment. We consider other forms of payment, but Paypal is the easiest. We request 50% deposit to book and 50% balance 30 days prior to arrival. You pay no additional service fees to SayulitaLife or to us.
