Support Local Kids by Joining Pro Sayulita

Each year, El Centro Communitario Educativo Entreamigos in San Pancho invites children from Escuela Damian Carmona, our primary school in Sayulita, to join the X Literary Week for a morning session.

The children are invited to go and listen, tell their stories, and discover how words are alive, how they need our eyes and voices to continue to exist. The X Literary Week is a moment to explore all the possibilities books offer. Imagining and creating new worlds through words is a wonderful journey. We will have a rally in Wonderland and many workshops that help us grow, and we will find the possibilities to take care of ourselves, others, and the world in books.

Pro Sayulita supports this initiative annually by providing bus transportation for approximately 30 children. They attended the workshops on the morning of June 4th and thoroughly enjoyed the event. We are proud to support the children and the future of our pueblo. By becoming a member of Pro Sayulita, your membership fees will go towards supporting this initiative among the many others we support, including SayulitAnimals, Sayulita Surf Rescue, Azul Sayu, and many others.
